Tetis Apartamento En Alquiler En El Mar En la isla de Creta, Grecia

30 km al oeste de Chania, la capital de la prefectura y 5 km al este de Kissamos, la capital de la provincia, en la ensenada del golfo, literalmente, en el mar, el pueblo Nopigia se encuentra, hermoso y verde.

Aquí, a pocos pasos del mar, Villa Niriides se encuentra, un pequeño complejo que consta de tres residencias de vacaciones por separado: "Thetis" de 45 metros cuadrados, "Erato" 50 metros cuadrados y "Pasithea" 110 metros cuadrados.

Tetis y Erato tiene un dormitorio con una cama doble o dos camas individuales y Pasithea tiene dos dormitorios con una cama doble y dos camas individuales. Todas las residencias tienen sofá cama para una o dos personas más, baño, sala de estar, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. Todos ellos disponen de aire acondicionado y de los grandes balcones uno tiene una vista panorámica sin perturbaciones del mar.

Su visita y su estancia le dará la oportunidad de familiarizarse con nuestra hermosa isla, con su belleza natural - paisajes de encanto raro y especial, los numerosos sitios arqueológicos que conservan importantes monumentos del pasado, la intensa actividad cultural, la tradición y la cultura que se refleja en nuestras fiestas y festivales.

Todo lo anterior crea nuestro lugar un destino encantador, no sólo durante el verano, pero todo el año a través.

Awesome place and hosts!

A wonderful place to stay near Kissamos in Crete, Greece. The location was very nice - right on the beach. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. We arrived to find a fridge stocked with juice, sandwich stuff, fruit, and some special wine and Raki! What a nice touch! Then, the host's mother left us a delicious home-baked pie one day! And the night before we left, we found a departing gift as well. The hosts go over and above to make you feel welcome. The place was very well-stocked, and new and clean. Probably one of the nicest, if not the nicest, VRBO places I've ever stayed. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing

Perfectly appointed in quiet beach front town just outside Kissamoss and perfectly situated to access the best west side beaches. There is nothing like sleeping to the sounds of the ocean waves. Host was amazing providing fridge with water, lunch meats/cheese, OJ, coffee, olive oil, bread, and fruit so we didn't have to worry about getting some items when we arrived. Mid week he brought us home made berry pie (delicious) and gifts of olive oil and bottle of raki. Mid stay towel refresh and cleaning. Washer provided and drying racks made doing laundry easy. Short walk to neighborhood family restaurant, which was amazing. We would definitely go back.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Siamo stati felici di aver soggiornato nell'appartamento di Yiorgos a Nopigia, balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla baia, appartamento dotato di ogni confort e non per ultimo la disponibilità e la simpatica vicinanza, sempre discreta, da parte del proprietario di casa. Ci sono stati offerti alcuni doni : la buonissima crostata fatta in casa dalla mamma di Yiorgos, olio, vino e raki(grappa) che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il posto è strategico per raggiungere abbastanza facilmente le migliori spiagge della zona. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è una piccola taverna con vista sul mare, dove è possibile gustare piatti tipici della cucina cretese e ottimo pesce sempre fresco a prezzi contenuti. Una vacanza che rimarrà nel nostro cuore che speriamo di ripetere. Paolo e Paola

Die Vermieterfamilie ist super gastfreundlich. Es war alles in der Wohnung, um ganz entspannt von der ersten Sekunde an den Urlaub anfangen zu können. Auch besticht die Sauberkeit (jeden 3. Tag wird geputzt). Wir kamen nachts an. Für das Frühstück war alles im Kühlschrank. Es gab Spülmittel, Lappen, Mülltüten etc. Also konnten wir in Ruhe auspacken und die Gegend erkunden. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es ist eine ruhige Ecke. Der Balkon bietet den ganzen Tag über Schatten und Sonne. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Die Fliegengittertüren sind sehr praktisch, ebenso die Fensterläden für Dunkelheit in der Nacht. Draußen leuchtet die ganze Nacht eine helle Lampe am Laternenpfahl. Das wäre ohne Verdunklung störend. Wir hatten viel Wind und fast immer eine ordentliche Brandung. Für den Strand gibt es im Haus eine nette kleine Ausstattung wie z. B. Liegen. Badetücher gehören zur Wohnung dazu. Im gepflegten Garten gibt es Liegen, einen Grillplatz und alles, was es für entspannte Stunden dort braucht. In nächster Nähe gibt es drei Tavernen/Bars. Auch hier findet man viel Auswahl. Viel Freude in dieser Wohnung. Alles sehr angenehm.

Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Angefangen von den sehr freundlichen, liebenswerten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern bis hin zur perfekt ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Sehr gerne wieder!

A fabulous property!

We loved everything about our stay in Thetis Apartment, the unit, property, cleanliness, view, location and the many sights and excellent beaches to visit. Communication with the owners was excellent and we were treated to many special touches including food and raki in the fridge upon our arrival, delicious homemade pie by Maria and a parting gift. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay including beach towels, beach chairs and loungers. It is a short walk to four tavernas and very close to Kissamos where there are shops, restaurants, museum, a port and other interesting sights.

Stayed for 2 weeks in October. The apartment was just lovely, well presented and clean. Everything you needed and more beside. We were well looked after, surprise goodies appeared every few days and the Raki and Ouzo flowed. Laying in bed in the morning, listening to the sea, was amazing. Car is advisable. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

this have been excellent holidays

we were wondering how it could be that there are so many extras in this appartment as described by our predecessors. Anyhow nobody exaggerated, in this place you find everything you need to make your holiday completely p e r f e c t ! We did not meet our landlord George, but his father instead. When we arrived he was already waiting for us at the crossroad and guided us with his motorbyke to a really lovely place. The house is directly at the beach and there is nothing but the noise of the sea, very little tourists, a very good place to relax and refill your "battery". We were coming from the South and had already done our grocery, but this was not necessary at all. The fridge was filled with delicious food, wine and Raki. Every third day they are cleaning the appartment. Every third day the Raki and wine bottles are re-filled :-) On top there was a home-made cake with a rose decorating it. The appartment is very clean, everything is well-organized. George and his family are really thinking of everything which could happen to their guests We really found a medicine chest in our sleeping room, moreover they are offering these nice white house slippers you are getting in every 5* hotel. Really appreciated that. It is for sure: We will come back. Thank you Mr. Ioannis, for your farewell gifts and your hospitality. This we had never before.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Traumlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein schöner Garten mit Liegen und Spielgeräten runden das Ambiente ab. Alle drei Tage würde gründlich gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt. Bei der Anreise gab es eine gute Grundausstattung im Kühlschrank und stets war frischer hauseigener Raki und Wein von George vorhanden. Es gab zwischendurch auch leckeren Kuchen und selbstgebackene Kekse. George und seine Frau sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Quartier ist hervorragend für einen entspannten Urlaub geeignet. Von hier kommt man sehr gut zu den Wanderzielen in Westkreta. Wir können das Quartier und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Lage, sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Appartements, familiäre Atmosphäre

Dieses Feriendomizil kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Bei Ankunft erwarteten uns bereits der Gastgeber mit seiner Frau, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit leckeren einheimischen Lebensmitteln und selbst gemachtem Raki. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für die ersten Tage gab es u.a. Kaffee und Honig. Das Appartement wurde nach Absprache alle 3 Tage komplett gereinigt. Bei Rückkehr von einem Tagesausflug fanden wir einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen vor. Danke nochmals für die super herzliche und gastfreundliche Betreuung. In der Nähe gibt es unweit gute Restaurants mit leckerem Essen.

Brilliant apartment.

The property was in a great position overlooking the sea. The apartment was beauttifuly clean and very regularly cleaned. Janis the owner was very friendly and helpful.I think it was his wife, made my partner and I a delicious fruit pie and gave us regular bottles of raki. I can thoroughly recommend the property. There was a good taverns in the village only about 100m away which was a bonus.

Einfach unglaublich

Wir waren schon oft auf Kreta, aber haben so etwas noch nie erlebt. Müde und hungrig kamen wir an (nach 3stündiger Flugverspätung), der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und es war herrlich, sich Toaste zu machen und auf der Terrasse dazu Wein zu trinken. Anschließend fielen wir todmüde ins Bett und genossen die frische Luft und das Rauschen des Meeres - ohne Moskitos dank Fliegenschutztüren. Auch in den nächsten 14 Tagen zeigte sich, dass es uns an nichts fehlte - nach den Ausflügen schwimmen zu gehen und sich in den Liegen im Garten trocknen zu lassen, nebenbei Bücher zu lesen und unser Gastgeber erneuerte unseren Vorrat an Wein und Raki. Die Mutter des Gastgebers reinigte alle 3 Tage unser Appartement, erneuerte die Bettwäsche und legte uns frische Handtücher hin und buk uns dazwischen eine Kuchen! Im Appartement befanden sich nicht nur eine voll eingerichtete Küchenzeile, sondern auch eine Waschmaschine. Waschpulver war ebenfalls vorhanden und auch ein Bügeleisen, welches wir aber nicht benötigten :-). Die Internetverbindung war schnell und das war für uns ein Vorteil, da wir nebenbei an unserem mitgebrachten Laptop arbeiten mussten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Quartier nur wärmstens empfehlen. DANKE!!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Nopigia. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très très accueillants et aux petits soins. Nous n'avions pas de voiture et George, le premier jour, nous a proposé de nous emmener à Kissamos en voiture pour faire des courses. Auprès de ses amis, il a même pu récupérer deux vélos, qui nous on permis de faire de belles promenades. Nos hôtes nous ont même fait une tarte à la confiture en milieu de séjour ! L'appartement est impeccable, avec une vue magnifique, un cadre calme, et éloigné de la foule des touristes. Il y a possibilité de faire de très belles promenades à pieds dans le coin. Les Bus pour Chania sont assez nombreux (toutes les heures). Bref, je vous recommande chaudement cette location.

Outstanding

We had been in many places but never ever before we had experienced such a warm-hearted welcome and care for the guests. As mentioned in a few other ratings the extraordinary hospitality of the Xanthoudakis family is really remarkable and outstanding. The apartment is well-equipped, spotless clean and every little detail is so carefully arranged that we could feel right away that this was done by heart. Outstanding !

What a great place. I don't typically write into guest books, but this stay was outstanding. The property is spotless. Clean to the highest standards. Location is perfect if you like to be away from it all. Walk outside the door - and you're on the beach. Your beach - there was nobody besides us (early September). 100m walk to a nice beach bar, next to a real good tavern with excellent food and friendly staff. Lively Kissamos is 5 min by car for shopping and a larger selection of taverns and bars. I need to mention the owners of the apartment. Your hosts really treat you like a guest. They must have hospitality in their genes. I've stayed in many places, but never have I met owners like here. They run a small organic farm. Be prepared to find wine, Raki (the local booz) and olive oil from the farm in your apartment. Every third day, the apartment will be cleaned. Fresh towels and refills on wine, raki and oil. Wow! After the first round of cleaning, we found an entire, homemade pie in our appartment, after the second cleaning a huge bag full of organic grapes from the farm. The owners are so extreme respectful and concerned, that their guests have a good time, they even waited with mowing the lawn until we left for the beach or for lunch/dinner. Communication is really easy, as everybody speaks English. Highly recommendable, we'll be back for sure. Thank you very much for this great stay!

Am liebsten sofort wieder!!

Wir waren vom 31.08.16 - 07.09.16 im Apartment Thetis zu Gast und können nur sagen das alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war. Einen so tollen und gastfreundlichen Vermieter hatten wir noch nie. Das Apartment ist wirklich KOMPLETT ausgestattet und neu renoviert. z.B. Gewürze, Waschmittel, Spüli, Seife, Spülschwamm usw. alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Außerdem ist das Grundstück sehr gepflegt, mit einem kleinem Kinderspielplatz, sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!! 5***** und Vielen Dank!

Meraviglioso !

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso qui una settimana ad Agosto. La foto rispecchia esattamente quello che ti trovi di fronte appena arrivi. Una casa che si affaccia direttamente sul mare ! Dormivamo con il richiamo delle onde del mare che s'infrangevano sulla sabbia, esperianza indimenticabile. George e la sua famiglia sono delle persone deliziose ed estramente ospitali. Ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo frutta fresca, pane, formaggio, olio e miele di loro produzione e un giorno ci hanno fatto trovare una fantastica crostata di marmellata. La casa inoltre ha tutto ciò che serve. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ottimale in quanto si trova lontano dal caos ed è strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle della zona Ovest : Balos è vermante a due passi. Insomma consiglio vivamente di alloggiare da loro se dovete trascorrere un soggiorno all'insegna del relax e del mare. Grazie George & family !!!!! Veronica

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement Thétis du 26 mai au 2 juin. C'est un appartement parfait pour un couple : très propre (le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours), bien agencé, très bien équipé, agréable et ensoleillé avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la mer. De plus, l'environnement est très calme et on n'entend que le bruit des vagues... Le village de Nopigia est tranquille, familial, et on y trouve une excellente taverne (Porfira) ainsi qu'une petite supérette. Il y a plus de choix à Kissamos qui n'est qu'à 5 km (supermarchés, magasins et restaurants). La belle ville de Chania n'est qu'à 20 mn en voiture. Cet appartement est une excellente base pour visiter la partie ouest de la Crête, plus sauvage et moins touristique que l'est, et profiter des magnifiques plages. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part des parents de George qui avaient prévu des provisions dans le frigo à notre arrivée, qui nous ont apporté un gâteau au cours du séjour et des produits de la région à notre départ. Ils ont été prévenants et attentifs, nous ont donné de bons conseils tout au long de nos vacances. Nous avons l'habitude de louer des appartements pour nos congés et c'est la première fois que nous rencontrons une telle qualité d'accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons dès que possible. Merci encore à Yannis et Maria, ainsi qu'à George qui a été très efficace dans nos échanges par mail.

Fantastic - Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - wunderbare Gastgeber

Wir waren anfang Mai für 9 Tage in der oberen Wohnung in Nopigia und hatten einen wundervollen entspannten Urlaub. Das lag zum einen an den wundervollen Gastgebern durch die wir schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst empfangen wurden. Selbst der Kühlschrank war schon für einen nächtlichen Snack gefüllt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünscht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Zum einkaufen sind wir meist in die ca. 5 Minuten entfernte Ortschaft Kissamos gefahren. In Nopigia selbst gibt es zwei wunderbare Tavernen. Der Ort ist ein hervoragender Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Ausflüge zu Balos und den umliegenden Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen jedem der einen ruhigeren Urlaub sucht dieses Haus und Nopigia. Zum Abschied gab es dann noch eine Flasche Raki und das beste Olivenöl vom Vermieter als Abschiedsgeschenk. We hope to return in Nopigia and we recommend this apartment to everyone. Fantastic apartment overlooking the sea!

We were in Nopigia from August 10 to 19. It has been a wonderful holiday. First of all, the owners: friendly, funny and helpful. They always made us feel comfortable and they made us gifts which we really appreciate! The apartment is very well equipped and always very clean. It is located in front of the beach and in the village there are typical restaurants: George will give you information including restaurants outside Nopigia. Nopigia is an excellent starting point for the best beaches in the area, including Balos, Falassarna, Elafonisi, Sfinari ... We always shopped in Kissamos, where there are many shops and supermarkets. We hope to return in Nopigia and we recommend this apartment to everyone, couples, friends and families.

Beautiful rent in beachside

We had a wonderful time in the Thetis's location. The apartment is confortable, clean, equipped well and nicely decorated. The location is by the sea and the view of the terrace is wonderful. It's situated in a quiet village. We received a very warm welcome of the parents of the owner. They were presents if necessary and very thoughtful. We had a very good stay and we stongly recommend this rent.

wonderfull place

We had a wonderfull time at this appartement. It was next to the seaside and was very clean. The furniture was also good. The renter were very friendly and helpfull.
