↠ Please take note of a few IMPORTANT considerations before booking your stay ↞

- Behind our home there is a set of railroad tracks with TRAINS that pass by at varying times. Train enthusiasts will find this particularly delightful, but we want to be fully transparent with our guests about this who may be sensitive to such sounds especially while sleeping. We do have box fans and disposable ear plugs in each room to help with those that like white noise at night.

- Important! This is not a party house. We welcome respectful groups, families, and couples looking for a fun, relaxing stay — not late-night parties. No more than six guests permitted. Quiet hours (11pm to 7am) and neighborhood rules are strictly observed.

- To ensure the security of our home when it is unoccupied, there is a Ring security camera positioned outside the entry door, the front of the home, and the back of the home, we only monitor these if there has been an issue after the fact or if a guest needs help checking in. These cameras use motion sensors and do record video and audio. There is also a noise monitor in the living room. It does not record video and audio. These are no cameras in the house.

- We kindly ask that all vehicles are parked in the driveway and not on the street.

- Dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds are welcome! Two dogs max, $50 pet fee. Please supervise and clean up after your dog(s)! There will be an additional $200 fee if we have to clean up after your pet.
