La propiedad consta de un dormitorio 1 baño y sofá cama 1 en la planta superior, se accede por una escalera exterior y un baño y sofá cama de 2 dormitorios 1 en la planta baja. Todo el dormitorio son en pisos separados. Uno en el nivel superior, uno sobre el garaje (a través de una escalera interior de la cocina de la planta baja y uno en la planta baja.

Dos cocinas completas, dos salones cada uno con TV de pantalla plana de 40 '.

Perfecto para una pareja o extenderse en toda la casa con amigos y familiares. El ideal yacía a cabo para permitir que los niños tienen su propio espacio en la planta baja y los adultos para disfrutar de la vista con un cóctel de arriba.

Relajarse con una copa de vino en el sofá y ver todas las actividades de la bahía a través de la gran ventana de imagen. La arena es más que 30 pies de distancia con acceso privado a la playa.

El gran patio está situado al final del callejón sin salida en Yarmouth Corte. Recientemente remodelado (febrero de 2016) con el estaño pérgola techada, mesa de altura de la barra, con capacidad para 8 entre las palmeras en el sonido de la fuente "rana de la yoga". sofá de mimbre, sala de persecución, y barbacoa Weber. Perfecto para la barbacoa y fiesta o descansar con un buen libro.

This is a beautifully furnished and very comfortable space. The location can't be beat, being able to easily go between the bay and the beach. I think we were a little close to Pacific Beach for our personal taste but everything was very walkable, and we felt very comfortable in this space. Everything is very clean, fresh and modern. The bathroom is particularly nice (very spacious.) Only quibble would be the proximity to the catamaran hotel and spa next door and being right behind their HVAC system, etc. It got a little noisy earlier in the morning, but really it's a very small inconvenience. Molly was fantastic, she was very accessible and easy to communicate with. He provided us with so much detail on how to make the most of our stay. It's a delightful rental.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Molly’s cottage. The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Our daughter enjoyed the small outdoor space just to kick her ball around, and there was ample space in the cottage for all of us to spread out. The location was great eating out and hitting up some local attractions with our daughter. If it’s beach time you want, you’re right between the bay and coast. Also, I appreciated that there were decent knives. I hate rentals that don’t account for the fact that we may cook! Anyway, I highly recommend the rental for your stay.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect location for my family to stay while we explored San Diego. It contained everything we needed - my girls loved the paddle board and the communication with Molly and Shaz was super quick-they really did go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for having us!

Great stay in Mission Beach!

We stayed at this property to move our daughter from New York to San Diego State University. House was clean And have everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was super responsive when I had questions. Just be aware, if you have a large car, it will be difficult to park in the driveway. We rented a large vehicle to bring all of my daughters items to school. Did not realize how tight the driveway is. Also pay attention to the directions and the welcome email . The house is slightly tricky to find in the driveway is not down the same street that the house is on.. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed, right nearby restaurants, we were able to walk to get food. Great location!

Perfect location for walking, biking, exploring. The property has wonderful indoor and outdoor space, very comfortable, plenty of amenities. I highly recommend this property.

Long weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot to spend a 14th birthday! Very close to beach and Woodys. Which has the best breakfast. Great location and easy to get around. House is stylishly decorated and maintains good temperature. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We loved our stay in San Diego and would definitely recommend this property.

It was a great house

The location couldn’t have been better. Semi private walking path right to mission bay next to the catamaran resort. Straight path way to Mission beach, cross one street. The beach accessories were perfect; chairs, umbrella, mats, boogie boards, shovels and buckets. One of the SUP was new, the other missing a handle and hard to carry. Walking or biking distance to everything (we wished there were more bikes!) Kitchen was well stocked, decor and furnishings were clean and well appointed. I would say to future renters to make sure your car is small because the driveway was super narrow. There is street parking but for convenience the driveway is nice just narrow! We would rent this place again and again. Washer and dryer was so helpful! Family of 4: kids 11 and 8. The house was really good and clean. It was cool that the house came with all the sand toys and boards. The TV was a good TV it had all the movies and all the things to watch everything. I give this house a 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Carter 11

Lovely beach house’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was immaculately clean (cleanest vacation home we’ve been in) and included everything we needed to cook meals. The beach items (chairs, umbrella, boards, toys, etc.) were so wonderful to have!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place

Communication was spot on. Molly responded right away. We absolutely loved the location! We walked everywhere and if we needed to go further away we just Uber or Lyft. Really no need for a car. The place itself is beautifully decorated, plenty of dishes, cups etc. It was great having beach chairs available from the garage and hopefully next time we'll use the paddle boards with warmer weather! The space heater came in handy as we had a few chilly nights. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's our favorite place to stay now.

We went back for a second stay. There's room to have friends over and sit outside on the deck and play cards and perfect location 50 steps to the bay with chairs and umbrellas and walk to great restaurants. It's perfect.

Awesome location in San Diego!

To start, I have to say that the location of this house is great; it's within walking distance of so many great places to eat, drink, and just hang out. In one direction, you're on the bay side, but head in the other direction and you're on the ocean. I would 100% book this location again. There are a couple of things I would like to note, though. 1) This is a duplex, we rented the lower half that has 2 rooms, one of the rooms is "upstairs", which I'm guessing is right next to the other upper unit; I was able to hear our neighbors throughout the night and that was kind of a bummer, but not anything that would keep me from booking again. 2) Finding the house was difficult - even using the recommended map app and I think a lot of that had to do with the gps just not really understanding where the house is, as you have to go down a small alley to get to the driveway. With that, I was able to drop a pin at the end of the alley instead of using the address and that worked out much better when we were venturing out and navigating back. Otherwise, our stay was great! The house really feels like the perfect little beach cottage. The owner has a binder full of recommendations for places to eat, drink and hike in the area and we actually used that way more often than we thought we would, it was so helpful! The owner was also very very helpful and super communicative! The whole experience was great, I would recommend staying here!!

I was born in England and Ivey, my husband in South Africa. We moved to The States 25 years ago and have called it home ever since,. We live in Solana Beach, have two children of 23 and 19 and two Jack Russell Terriers.
We love outdoor sports/activities adventure and travel and combine all on trips as often as possible.
We have two other vacation rental 657994 and 497367 which we completely remodeled. I love the whole process from demo through to interior decor and am hands on at every stage. I hope it shows how much thought I put into you having the perfect place to stay while visiting Mission Beach.
