Very quiet neighborhood. This mid-century inspired bungalow is nestled in the pines on Lodge Hill. Two bedrooms with queen beds and high end linens. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own private entrance.

Off street parking, generous deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Fully remodeled, new hardwood floors, new interior and exterior pain, newly furnished, new appliances. Gas fireplace, washer and dryer in the home, and a dishwasher. Robes, soap, shampoo and fully appointed kitchen. Smart TV, good WIFI and cell service.

Five minute drive to the beach, Fiscalini Ranch and downtown Cambria. San Simeon, Hearst Castle, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Pas Robles wine country and SLO are all in close proximity.
