The house is perfect for families, friend groups, bridal parties, etc. There is plenty of space to hang out in the open floorpan as the kitchen and living room are open to each other. There is a library with a cozy gas fireplace that can be closed off with French doors. Large 65 inch TV in the living room that is perfect for watching the game. The master bedroom has a King Bed with an en-suite bathroom with two vanities and a huge shower with 2 shower heads. The other bedroom downstairs has a King bed and is right next to the second full size bathroom. Upstairs there is a 3rd full bath and another large bedroom that has 2 Queen Beds. For the active: You are less than 7 miles from trailheads to over 50 miles of single track, there is also a great running loop right outside the front door that goes through downtown and crosses the river twice. Or just enjoy taking a walk through the historic neighborhood.
