El Chetco River Inn es ideal para aquellos que buscan actividades al aire libre o una escapada tranquila y sencilla ... incluyendo reuniones familiares, escapadas de pareja o amigos los fines de semana, talleres,
 y retiros.

The Main Lodge ofrece 5 habitaciones cada una con su propio baño. Dos grandes habitaciones con vista al río tienen camas dobles. 3 habitaciones con vista al bosque tienen camas King o Twin. Contemple la espaciosa sala común con sus vistas panorámicas al río mientras cocina en la gran cocina; O disfruta de una película en el estudio. Siéntese en la terraza en una de las mecedoras mientras disfruta de la vista al río o la hoguera.

Nuestra propiedad también cuenta con una cabaña Rockhouse separada que duerme 4 con un rey arriba y 2 gemelos abajo. El 'Rockhouse' también incluye una cocina completa, una acogedora sala de estar con estufa de leña, 1 1/2 baños y un patio privado cubierto con parrilla de gas.

El romántico 'Rockhouse' también da a nuestro viñedo Pinot Noir y se encuentra cerca de nuestros jardines. Tiene una ubicación privada cerca del río y está separado del Main Lodge.

Los treinta y seis acres de la posada están completamente fuera de la red y son privados y ofrecen caminatas suaves, pesca, senderismo, ciclismo de montaña, natación, kayak, rafting, surf de remo o simplemente flotar río abajo con sus amigos y familiares.

Nuestro poder se apaga ocasionalmente. Nos esforzamos para que la interrupción sea lo más breve posible. Tómese el tiempo para disfrutar de estar fuera de la red.

3rd year at the Chetco River Inn

We’ve had the pleasure to have stayed 5 or more nights at the Inn every summer for the past 3 years. This year, it was with a different set of friends, none of who had ever been there before but with who we travel elsewhere regularly. It was hot this year (several days of 100 degrees) & that did put a bit of a damp on hiking, etc many of us would normally do. Tony & Ann were gracious as always & the couple staying in the stone house were lovely too - repeat visitors for 30 years. My only complaint, if you can call it one, is the difficulty booking another 4-5 nites when we’re all available to return next summer. Looks like we’ll have to settle for the wait list - so, if you have July or early August reservations & find another destination please know you’ll make us & our friends really happy should you cancel!

Chetco River Inn

If you are open to a little off grid, you will enjoy this location. We spent 5 days. It is a nice place for a group.

Family Time

We came along with our daughter, grandson and other immediate family to celebrate the birthday of our grandson who recently passed away. The Chetco River Inns off grid location was just what we needed. The tranquility of the river was wonderful. The large home with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate several people is a rare find. And being able to bring all of our pets even rarer. Thank you for that! We spent time fishing, kayaking and swimming. Yes, in October! The weather was warm and lovely. The night sky perfect for star gazing. The morning and evenings around the fire pit on the large paver patio were perfect. We will be back!

Riverfront gold

Absolutely loved the property. Our group of 9 spent most of our stay traveling to other spots around the area, but when we were able to hang out at the house, every second was enjoyed. The outdoor seating and table was great for dinners. The kitchen is huge with almost everything you could need. We saw newts, river otters, deer, an herd of cows, and foxes - most while sitting on the porch! The caretakers were also very helpful with any needs we had. No complaints! It was such a fabulous time and gorgeous property.

Everything was good. Peaceful and beautiful. Only complaint is the check out information was confusing. List in the pantry was different from the website. Otherwise- a great place.

Wonderful family gathering place

We enjoyed a family reunion in this gorgeous setting. Wonderful living area and well equipped kitchen to share games and stories, and to cook together. Living off the grid didn't require much adjustment and limited WiFi encouraged the family interaction we were hoping for. A pretty drive to Brookings area for outings too.

Amazing

Amazing property and location, definitely worth it and cant wait to return! Take your own frying pans if you think you might need one, the ones supplied are degraded teflon. And supplying your own TP for the price seems a bit silly. But again, so worth it, care takers are great, house is great, property is great. Lots of activities supplied and all around you. Saw hawks, otters, deer, ducks…. Amazing!

Youth Retreat

We brought our teens for a youth retreat, and it was perfect… I loved being off grid, so the teens were not locked into their phones… They loved playing in the water and catching salamanders… There was plenty of room to eat, and to have our evening gatherings… And teenagers don’t mind sleeping on the floor, so we had a great time!

Fabulous time

. My son turned 50 and we had a family reunion to celebrate his birthday. Family came from Oregon, California, and Arizona to celebrate. This place was insanely beautiful, serene, and off the grid which I LOVED because everyone had to interact with one another without their beloved cell phones. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny, and the house clean and immaculate with anything and everything we could have needed to make our stay nice. We hope to get back there again and make more family memories in the future.

Well worth the the it!

Beautiful property, with a great house. We absolutely loved staying here. We had six adults and three children and didn't feel crowded at all. The hosts were great, there to answer our questions but far enough away to feel secluded. The Chetco River was the highlight of the visit. We were there for only two nights but swam in it four times. Easy access from the house, not too chilly (late September), and no noticeable current. Next time I plan on brining fishing gear with me. We'll definitely be back!

Peaceful, secluded, and beautiful!

We had a family reunion and everyone absolutely LOVED the property. It was so peaceful and secluded. We brought paddle boards, floaties, and sand toys. Everyone enjoyed the river and the house was incredible! It had everything we needed and more. This was the kind of vacation you come home from actually filling recharged! Thanks for an amazing weekend - no one wanted to leave. :)

Disconnect from the word, connect with your lives ones

We stayed for our annual family vacation. The property is perfect if you have kids because you’re right on the Chetco River. The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed roaming around the property and checking everything out. We would stay here again, no question. PSA: If you have any emails to send, etc., send them before you get to the property. As noted in the listing description, there really is no cell service. This is not a negative. Just FYI.

Since it's creation as a homestead, the Inn has inspired memories of warm hospitality, natural beauty, and unique outdoor activities. Our caretakers, Tony and Anne, are ready to welcome you and introduce you to our home.
