The space
ALL INCLUSIVE BEACH HOUSE VACATION:
Top rated Golf Cart in PSJ! Brand new with all 6 seats facing forward creating a safer and smoother ride. Easy connect to bluetooth for rockin out while you drive to the beach or Village Center!

Short walking distance or hop in the 6 Seater Golf cart for 10 seconds to arrive at the pool on our street! Also you can just park there and walk to the beach!
We have lots of chairs and beach equipment and toys to make your trip a memorable one!

Our House also gives free Access to nearby Village Center with heated pool (October-April), playground, restaurants, shops, dog park, and gym. Pet Friendly.

BEACHES:
WINDMARK BEACH: access from either end of the street to the beach boardwalk out our door
ST JOE BEACH: 3 minute golf cart ride (or 1-2 minute car ride) where you can use the boardwalk to access the beach paths
MEXICO BEACH- 10 minute drive
CAPE SAN BLAS- 30 minute drive

Also included is a full detailed list of our Beach supplies and indoor games. We have listed in detail of what each room is equipped with which makes traveling to a vacation spot easier on travel.

For guest safety & ours, property has Ring Doorbell on front door, Ring camera on side of garage facing out, and a Ring camera in the back facing towards the pond.
Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (no street parking per HOA guidelines).
You can walk, bike, take a golf cart, or drive to the beach. Parking is available at/near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Private and public beach access available.

Guest access
Two pools in our neighborhood! One on our street and the other is in Windmark village.
Four beaches close by, that ranges from walking distance of a few minutes to a couple minute drive in St Joe Beach or Mexico Beach. Cape San Blas is a 30 minute drive
Other things to note
This is a brand new development with new homes going up. As you enter the neighborhood could pass through construction of the homes further back in the development. We also have no control of wildlife in the area.
