Living space

The living room offers a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of island activities, with a TV for evening downtime and a queen-size sleeper sofa that opens up extra sleeping space when needed. A dedicated workspace is also on hand if you need to check in on things back home.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. The living room's queen-size sleeper sofa provides flexible additional sleeping space, and a half bath on the main level adds everyday convenience for the group.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided, and barbecue utensils are on hand for grilling out on the patio. A dining table gives everyone a place to gather over meals.



Bathroom

Both en-suite bathrooms feature a bathtub and hair dryer, with hot water and cleaning products provided throughout your stay.



Outdoor space

Free parking at the Shipyard beach house or an easy bike ride gets you to the sand in minutes. Beyond the resort gates, Hilton Head Island offers over 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 117 miles of bike paths, and more than 400 tennis courts to explore - along with a community pool for a relaxed afternoon closer to home.



Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome for those looking to settle in a little longer.

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
