This clean and modern “Velvet Oyster” condo always receives glowing 5-star reviews from our guests. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is fully equipped—just bring your suitcase and flip-flops and enjoy! Located less than a mile from public beach access, it’s also close to restaurants, shopping, the multi-use Bay Drive path, the Wright Brothers Memorial, and public sound accesses and boat ramp. Explore the Outer Banks and let “Velvet Oyster” contribute to your unforgettable experience!

Second-level condo with 23 stair steps—NO ELEVATOR. There is potential for noise from upstairs and adjoining condos. The fireplace has been sealed by the HOA and is not operable for safety reasons. All Dare County public beach accesses are free of charge. Please be aware of rip current warnings, beach flags, and other weather-related alerts. The Outer Banks is known for palmetto bugs, which resemble roaches but are harmless. Midge bugs, which resemble mosquitoes, and other insects. are very common and harmless will be present outside because of water proximity. For things to do, places to visit, and restaurant recommendations, try ChatGPT!

NO PETS allowed. Please follow quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Registered guests only—no extra visitors or overnight guests allowed. No parties, drama, drugs, smoking, vaping, or weed use in any form. The septic system is sensitive, so please do not flush “flushable” items. Rinse sand off your feet before coming inside. No open flames, including candles, are allowed inside the house. Report any damages immediately. Check-in and check-out instructions must be followed.

Pool located in the center of the complex, a 1-minute walk. The 2026 pool season is TBD. Pool hours are daily, from sunrise to sunset. NO lifeguard on duty. Please follow all association pool rules during your visit. The pool gate key fob is on the coat tree with a yellow tag. You’re welcome to enjoy the tennis court as well—use the same key fob. Make sure the fob is returned to the coat tree at the end of your stay. The lost pool gate key fob fee is $150 (charged to the guest).

Send us a message as soon as you depart.
