First thing, it is parallel parking in front of your unit with a brick wall and an iron fence that does Not have an opening in front of each unit. It is not private space at all. If you are not a unit that is by an opening on the ends or the middle (3 openings) you literally have to walk through an opening with all your stuff and past the other units! Horrible entryways to get to your unit! We own a house on a lake in Oklahoma we lease out, so I have some experience with making things inviting and comfortable for the guests. When I called the office upon arrival and seeing how it was, the lady I spoke with said that is why I should have called first to make sure it would work for me. I have never had to call and confirm anything because it is always posted on the listing for what I need and want within the listing. Ridiculous! The unit was not cleaned well! There was food crumbs on the floor in kitchen that was clearly visible. There was food crumbs on the couch (our dog kept finding it). There was a plastic ball under the couch (the dog found it) and the couch pillow was on the floor behind the couch. There was literally dust on all the baseboards that was obviously been there for a while. The coffee maker had what looked like mold in the water reservoir. We didn’t use either coffee pots bc of that. The hot tub was located outside of the covered porch so it was Not private at all! There is a humming/buzzing sound in wall behind bed in 2 bedrooms. It was just an awful stay
