Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis in Indian Beach. This **NEW CONSTRUCTION** spacious home on over an acre of land is the perfect retreat close to the beach and the bay. Watch the sunset from the front deck every evening!

This brand new home features a large open concept kitchen/living/dining. A Celestron telescope in the living room allows for moon/star gazing at night. High celings, water views from every window, and far away neighbors make for the perfect peaceful getaway. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking: plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and 18 spices in addition to salt and pepper. Large crockpot, large electric skillet, Air Fryer, Ninja Blender, Margaritaville margarita machine and glasses, Smores Maker, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc. There is a large gas grill downstairs for grilling all your favorites. Downstairs is a large wooden swing and plenty of games such as ping pong, axe throwing, and cornhole. The beach is less than 2 minute golf cart ride away. Indian Beach has four beach accesses: 2 at Indian Beach Dr. and 2 more at Kiva Rd. Beach parking is available. Outdoor shower is located behind garage to rinse off sand after a busy day at the beach. Then relax in front of our 65" Roku TV to stream all your favorites. The primary bedroom and second bedroom both have comfortable KING beds, and our third bedroom boasts a CUSTOM bunk room with two twins over two queens. Perfect for slumber parties!!! Kids and adults alike can enjoy this custom space! The bunk room also has an Xbox with a 55" TV for all your gaming needs. Galveston Island State Park is close to your holiday home, and the Pleasure Pier is only about 15 miles away. Try Moody Gardens, a 242-acre amusement park with an aquarium and paddlewheel boat rides for a fun and educational trip. While out, take advantage of the local restaurants along the waterfront for good food and memorable views.
