The complex does require parking passes. The complex charges $43/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard. Key Fob required for outdoor pool, fitness room, and roof sun deck. Key Fob provided in kitchen, will be hanging in unit.
