What a wonderful and immaculate property. The proximity to the bay was perfect (2-3 min walk to feet in the sand.) The neighborhood was quite peaceful and just a short drive to other amenities. Can't beat the daily trips to the beach for amazing sunsets.

Best rental for families

This was the perfect family beach house! It had everything we needed including towels and linens. It was so close to the bay we were able to walk every morning and enjoy amazing sunsets each night. Erin was so accommodating and very responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking again soon!

We’re blown away

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Erin has anticipated every need of her guests and provided such a beautiful, clean and accommodating home. This was our first family vacation rental and I fear it’s ruined us for life since every other house will pale in comparison. A couple of our favorite things were the toys provided for the kids. We have 5 kids ranging in age from 11 months to 12 years old and they were all entertained, from board games to baby toys and they all loved the huge variety of art supplies. I loved the fully functioning kitchen (even had Tupperware!) with delicious coffee and spacious island that fit our family of 7 beautifully. Not to mention the fun outside, we loved roasting marshmallows by the fire pit and were blown away by the huge variety of beach accessories that were waiting for us!! Packing was a breeze because the crib, high chair, baby bath tub, beach towels and sound machines were all provided. The area is great! Delicious food and ice cream and all really reasonably priced! The Cape May Zoo is FREE and is the best zoo we’ve ever been to. It also has an epic huge playground incase you need a break from the beach … that’s a full day trip right there. We loved the Cape May beach - parking is only $2/hr and Erin provides 4 beach passes. Waves were epic, water was warm and the sand is soft! The little Cape May shopping area is so cute too. We lacked nothing in this home. So grateful to Erin’s attention to detail and availability via text, she takes hospitality to the next level.

Chic getaway by the bay

The house was so aesthetically appealing! Every room felt so comfortable from the furniture to the decor. We had plenty of space for our girls birthday trip. The hosts thought of everything so we didn’t have to! There were plenty of supplies for the beach which was so close to the house. We would definitely stay again! Thank you to the generous hosts!

Best vacation rental yet!

We expected a nice property but were blown away by the cleanliness, style and thoughtful touches included in this updated property. All of the common areas are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry areas are equipped with the latest appliances and houseware. There are individual tv screens and climate control devices throughout. The backyard has a dining space and grill as well as a storage shed containing beach chairs, a sun shelter and cart for transport to the beach. There is also a paddle board and bikes with trailers for kids. We have never stayed at such a well equipped, well organized property.

Perfect Place for Christmas & More

We came to visit our Coast Guard son during Christmas time. The location and layout of the house were amazing. Everything was clean and welcoming. Even had a little Christmas Tree and lights on the house. Thank you so much for hosting us in this beautiful property.There is everything that you could think of included. Local soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Delicious coffee and an amazing coffee maker in the kitchen. I was able to cook an entire Christmas breakfast and dinner in the fully stocked kitchen.We would not hesitate to book this property again. You will not be disappointed. Go ahead and book in for your family too.

Exceeded our expectations

We had a fabulous week at Sunset Cabana! Erin and Mike were so accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The house was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for going into Wildwood or Cape May and we loved walking down to the bay at the end of the street. We had a great stay!
