Highly recommend this property for anyone that is looking for a clean home and relaxing stay! Location is perfect for everything with it being only a 20 minute drive away. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Getaway Trip with My Great Nieces

We couldn't have asked for a better location. The proximity to downtown, shops, and restaurants was perfect. They shot fire works off Cape Coral bridge on the 4th and we could see them from the lanai/pool area. There was a small tropical depression and it rained a lot, but we managed to make the best of it. Swam between the rain storms and it let up enough to hit up Fort Myers beach one day. I will definitely choose this place again. Thank you

First visit to Cape Coral

The house was great. The location was great for all of our needs (family, groceries, restaurants) wonderful beach in under one hour. Pool was great for our family who we were visiting. I recommend and will stay on the next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral home for a romantic getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private heated pool and the bar area beside it — perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both slept great during our stay.Although the home isn't located right on the beach, it's just a short drive away, and the gorgeous backyard pool more than made up for it. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, towels, and even fishing poles — super convenient since we flew in and couldn’t bring those along.The house was the perfect size for the two of us, and the host was very responsive and helpful. There was a small hiccup at check-in, but she resolved it quickly and professionally. We’d absolutely recommend this property and would stay again in the future!

Love the heated pool

It’s a great location. Super safe. The pool is great and my 4 year old granddaughter was in it for hours every day. It being heated saved the day on colder days with bad weather and everyone swam all day. The only thing to know is its third bedroom is a garage with three beds in it along with the washer and dryer and other supplies

Christmas with extended family

Immaculately clean. Bunkroom is the garage - don't remember if that was specified, but didn't matter to me.Amazing pool. Amazing landscaping. Quiet neighborhood. Didn't need to contact manager, so no opinion on that.

Escape to Florida sun!

We had a comfortable stay at this tropical oasis. The property was great for the two of us. Enjoyed the sunny aspect of the heated pool. Good communication with host.would reccomend.

Excellent stay

Communication with host was smooth, check-in and out, as simple as it gets. Beautiful and clean home, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. All appliances included, lots of entertainment available in town, close to nice beaches. Will definitely stay again.

Neat and pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay and we felt welcome. When we arrived there where cold drinks in the fridge. The house was also very clean. When going to the beach we can use the beach towels and chairs. For people who are only going to this location very handy so you won’t have to pack that much. The only downside is the distance to the various beaches, such as Lovers Key, Sanibel or Captiva. It is still a long ride.

Family getaway

Lovely host and super responsive. House was very clean and beds are very comfortable. Clean pool. Good beach supplies (wish there was a foldable beach wagon and more pool toys) Over all would definitely stay again!

Cute house

House was cute, smaller side but we only had 2 people so worked out fine. Pool and patio area was fantastic. Another benefit was location, close to restaurant's, stores, etc. I would rent again.

Great place for getaway

My son and I stayed at this location for a week of baseball training and a tournament. It had a very nice/clean pool and everything you would need to have a great stay. Will stay there again if we ever venture back.

Suggestions

The place was fantastic and we had a lot of fun. My daughter loved the sliding windows by the outdoor bar. One suggestion I would have is to have like a three ring binder with some info it, like wifi network and password, whether or not to wash the towels, what to do with trash, maybe some attractions or restaurants nearby. The place decorated beautifully and was relaxing. Thank you!

The house was everything we needed ! Pool was perfect , beds were very comfy . The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed . Only a short drive to Fort Myers . Would definitely recommend this property

Cute home!

The home was clean and decorated very "beachy"! The pool and lanai was very nice and enjoyable to hang out in. We appreciated the owner responding quickly to our messages and being very helpful.
