We had an amazing stay at this property! Lauren was a spectacular host and stayed in communication with us for any questions or concerns - she even provided great recommendations for local spots to check out. The homes were equipped with anything we could need. The only negative is that the area is noisy at night - it backs up to a hotel and a music venue. There are ear plugs and white noise machines provided in each bedroom to help.

We rented four Avoca homes for a 4-night, 5-day business development meeting with 16 engineers — and it was perfect. Lauren was beyond phenomenal — she responded to every question and (sorry Lauren) last-minute request, making planning a multi-day meeting for very detail-oriented engineers smooth and stress-free.The homes were stunning, comfortable, and functional. My colleagues and I stayed in what we nicknamed “the Barbie house” with its fun neon pink “Well behaved women rarely make history” sign — a playful break from our business-heavy sessions. We floated easily between breakout meetings in each home; the living spaces were large enough for group sessions, and the huge Samsung smart TV made hybrid participation seamless for our remote colleagues.We cooked breakfast in one home, catered lunch buffet-style in another, and still had plenty of space to eat and plan together. Everyone loved their rooms — even our tallest engineer (6'6", 280 lb) said he finally slept comfortably. Laundry rooms were fully stocked, there were makeup towels, extra toiletries, endless great coffee, plush pillows, and the most comfortable couches. Reliable cross-house Wi-Fi made working easy.Our goal was a space that was functional for meetings, relaxing for downtime, and close enough for easy collaboration — this property delivered and more. Lauren’s hospitality and quick responses made everything effortless. These homes are now at the top of our list for future Nashville meetings.

Our family gathering was made perfect with the two homes we rented next to each other. The location was amazing to downtown, restaurants, shops, city tours and we even got to attend the Grand Ole Opry. Lauren, was so wonderful to work with and she made sure that our group of 17 were very comfortable. Beds were so comfy, houses were very clean and had everything we needed. Being able to stay with family to wake and have coffee & breakfast in the morning, dinner later in the day... and plenty space to sit and visit was exactly what we wanted. Thank you Lauren for suggesting these two places, they really were perfect!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome and the checking and out seamless. Owners were fantastic with communication and accommodation. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying again.

THE BEST PLACE & HOST OF ALL!!!

I have never had this level of customer service in a short term rental situation in my entire life! Lauren went above and beyond in every way to meet any of our needs, answer any of our questions and provide even extra over the top service!The unit itself was laid out beautifully with decorations and comfort. It’s in a great location, and I can’t recommend any short term rental situation any higher!Thank you, thank you thank you Lauren!

These houses were gorgeous and just what our soccer stay in Nashville needed. Clean house and on the spot owners who cater to your needs! This place was amazing and I would definitely rent these again! The owners of this establishment should be proud.

We had the best time of our life! Lauren was very helpful in every step of the way and very accommodating. I did run into her while we were visiting and she was absolutely kind person. I would totally recommend this property not just because of the cleansiness and accommodating hosts but the location is great. Not too busy but close enough to get to all the main places in Nashville. We rented 4 of these houses and each house had an unique theme. Very well decorated and organized.

If you’re visiting Nashville then this is the place to stay! Lauren was in constant communication with prompt responses, excellent recommendations, and went above what was expected our entire stay! We went to several of her recommendations and she was spot on. We rented (4) four bedroom units for my husband’s 60th and every unit was SPOTLESS, decorated beautifully, and well stocked with all comforts of home! Its location is perfect with easy access to everything!

Awesome experience

We traveled with 37 people and stayed in 4 of the houses- the communication was amazing- anything we needed/had questions about were answered almost immediately. Due to our flights we needed early/late check out and we were accommodated right away. Would highly recommend staying here- super easy to get to and from the main part of Nashville- tons of food options within min.

Wonderful Stay

5 great homes right next door to each other. Had everything we needed and more. Refrigerators all stocked with beverages and snacks too. Homes were all very clean and updated. Wishing walking distance to stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

Fabulous, Gorgeous, Luxury Property!

These properties are absolutely fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice! Location is also great, close to everything. Communication with Lauren was excellent. Will definitely book again!
