Thank you for your review and feedback. We always want our guests to have a 5 star experience. Anything short of that is a failure for us. We are glad you find the property and views are amazing and sincerely appreciate you recognizing great hospitality. This is a luxury property in a quiet neighborhood and believe it makes for a perfect venue for family vacations. I’d like to ensure we have context for those reading the review on the cons. There are 3 bathrooms, two of them have showers, one has a bath tub. We’ll review the listing to clarify any confusion about the bathrooms. so thank you for bringing to our attention. Yes, the owner lives on site albeit he was only there for the last day of your stay as he travels for work. Correct he has someone on site either family or tenant down below. Again not part of the vacation portion of the home. We’ll update the listing accordingly. The mattresses were purchased with strategy towards firmness of the beds in mind as we wanted options for our guest. The mattresses are 1.5 years old and bought new with the purchase of the home. None of the bed mattresses are end of spectrum beds in terms of firmness. The master bed has a king that is most firm, the queen in the back is more soft (not firm), and the two bunks are in the middle in terms of firmness for the kids. Your group clearly did not like the mattresses and found them too firm and uncomfortable and we certainly respect your perspective. We’ll absolutely look into any divots mentioned. Regarding the parking it is unfortunate you had an issue with the neighbor. Most of our guests have 1 to 2 cars. Your group had 5 or more. We received calls a head of time from the elderly neighbor on illegal parking. One just had surgery and in geneal are not very mobile, they have been using the space in front of their homes to make it easier on them. We asked the group to park one car in the reserved space and the others on the jellett street (where there is ample parking) to avoid issues. cars were double parked behind each other into the circle, blocking sidewalks, cars in middle of the circle, and improperly parked in the circle. we cannot upload photos from the security cameras in the circle but I am happy to share them to you privately. The neighbor complaints match the images. Additionally with that many cars pulling in an out of a quiet cul de sac drew a lot of unwanted attention. We asked for respect on the parking to avoid issues. Our request to park on the street was ignored.
