- Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house has a downstairs tenant and the yard is a shared space. You are welcome to use the furniture located in the yard.

- Noise complaints may result in fines.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00 am. Late fees may apply if guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21
