Just a half mile from the beautiful beach, this home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay with access to all that Sea Pines Resort and Hilton Head Island have to offer.

This villa is the start of your perfect vacation as you enjoy the views overlooking a secluded area. The inside living space has an open concept that provides a nice flow to the kitchen, bedrooms, sunroom and patio area. The living room has ample seating to relax and watch TV or read a book. A dining table is located between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the tools to assist with making your favorite meals. The villa has two bedrooms. The primary en suite bedroom has a king bed and TV. The second bedroom has a twin and queen bed, desk and connecting bathroom. The sunroom is perfect for enjoying coffee or relaxing from a great day at the beach or rounds of golf. The villa also includes a clothes washer/dryer to utilize during your stay. From here you have easy access to 15 miles of bike paths to Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, beach, or just to explore the island and nature! There is no question that you will make wonderful vacation memories in the home.

THE AREA: The villa is located in the Lighthouse Road Villas within The Sea Pines Resort. Sea Pines Resort is home to iconic golfing, dining, shopping & a relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy the beach which is ½ mile or 10 minute walk from the villa. Also, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve is a wonderful area to explore the natural beauty of the area. About a half mile away is the Sea Pines Resort Beach Club. You can park here from Labor Day to mid-March to access the beach and enjoy dining at Coast, oceanfront dining and bar, or a quick bite at the Surfside Market. The Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, golf shop, and dining at Fraser’s Tavern are a quarter mile from the villa. Sea Pines Resort provides wonderful walking and biking trails so you can easily visit many of the other resort attractions; Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, Salty Dog Café, Stoney Baynard Ruins, Lawton Stables, and enjoy the marshes and lagoons along the way! During season there is a complimentary trolley that transports guests to the attractions within the Sea Pines Resort.

SEA PINES RESORT is a 5,200-acre private residential gated community located on the southern tip Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Sea Pines is home to four golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, the Heron Point golf course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. The RBC Heritage is a PGA Tour event held annually in April at the Harbour Town course.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 0.5 miles away from the beach. You can utilize the walking/bike paths to the beach for the ~10 minute walk or ~5 minute bike ride.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking at the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at the intersection of Plantation Drive and Lighthouse Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
