Esta hermosa villa de 2 pisos en el segundo y tercer piso con una vista espectacular de la laguna y la piscina desde todas las habitaciones está lista para que disfrute de todo lo que Hilton Head Island tiene para ofrecer.

Nuestra unidad es una de las villas de alquiler más grandes en Hilton Head Island. El primer piso tiene una gran cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas y refrigerador nuevo. Al lado de la cocina hay un lavadero independiente con lavadora y secadora grandes. Nuestro comedor y sala de estar se abren a la terraza / balcón con vista a la laguna y la piscina. La cubierta también proporciona su acceso a la piscina. La sala de estar cuenta con una gran sección con 2 sillones reclinables, TV, reproductor de DVD, balancín giratorio / reclinable, tocador y acceso inalámbrico y por cable (si es necesario) a Internet. Se proporciona un teléfono para que pueda hacer sus horarios de salida y reservas para cenar sin gastar los minutos de su celular. En la parte delantera de la unidad hay un tercer dormitorio con 2 camas dobles, un amplio vestidor, un amplio espacio en los cajones y un baño completo.

Arriba, nuestra espaciosa villa ofrece un dormitorio principal con una cama king, 2 armarios amplios y baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, amplio vestidor y baño completo.

Fuera de nuestra villa hay una unidad de almacenamiento cerrada donde puede guardar sus bicicletas, equipo de playa o palos de golf. Para su comodidad, se proporcionan un carrito de playa, sillas, sombrillas, enfriadores de rodillos y 1 juego de palos de golf.

El área de la piscina cuenta con una gran terraza y una piscina separada para los niños pequeños.

Aproveche el acceso GRATUITO a la piscina cubierta, la cancha de pelota de raqueta y el equipo de ejercicios del Players Club Fitness Center (ubicado frente a la entrada de Springwood) o disfrute de 1 hora de tenis GRATIS al día en la mundialmente famosa Academia de tenis Van Der Meer ( ubicado al lado del Club de jugadores).

Estacionamiento fuera de la calle sin tráfico.
Ofrecemos descuentos a una tienda local de alimentos.

Ubicado junto a SeaPines Plantation y Harbour Town. Puede llegar a cualquiera de las actividades de la isla en unos 15 minutos.

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Hilton Head. This condo is close to the pool with views of the pond and a half mile walk to the beach! The place is clean and comfortable. It worked really well for our family!

This condo was exactly as listed! Its was very roomy for the 6 adults who stayed. Very close to the pool which was rarely crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo! Great location so close to Coligny. The pool was wonderful, we used it so much! We would've liked some extra pillows on the beds, but other than that it was 5 stars! Will book again!

Easy breezy

The property was well maintained and just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the whole family including the grandchildren. Convenient to get around town and to the beach. Loved our stay!

This place was perfect! We had 7 adults and a 1 year old. We all had enough space and the facility had everything we needed. Location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, park or shopping plaza. It was quiet and clean. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had prior to the trip. Pool is great! And the price was very reasonable in fact I thought I paid more for the week than I did just because of how nice the place was. When I checked what I had actually paid I was even more pleased with this accommodation. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

This property was even better than described. From our balcony, overlooking the pool and courtyard, you would never know you were in a busy tourist area. Very peaceful! And the villa was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious for our 4 person family. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family all loved this condo and agreed it’s our favorite condo we have ever rented. It was clean, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen needs. It’s also beautiful while being cozy and comfortable. Owners are very responsive. This will quite possibly be the condo we book on Hilton Head yearly. Great location.

Wonderful stay!

This condo suited our family of 5 perfectly! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space which was great because our children range in age from 16 to 21. Pool was very close and beach was only 1/2 mile away. We rented bikes and the kids used them a lot to peddle all over the island. Communication with owners was easy. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was weak so during our one rainy afternoon, we were unable to stream any online services. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great Location with Big rooms

Great Location, Big bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, great A/C, Full size washer and dryer, large kitchen with a lot of countertop. Note: stairs to get to front door that is on second floor and more stairs on inside to get to third floor bedroom we are almost 60 years old it was a workout for us. So just keep that in mind if you are not in good health. However, it was the best price for the size, condition, location.

Ladies Trip

The property was clean and the location was great. The problems that we experienced was with all of the bugs inside the condo. The first problem was ants in the kitchen when I arrived. There was bug spray in the cabinet so that was solved. I notified the owner of this problem my first night. During my 3 night stay the bug problem begin with a tick on the bedroom wall, then a spider on my pillow, a water bug on the floor, and the most upsetting to me was the lizard in the shower. I notified the owner the last night of my stay about the problems with all the bugs. The owner apologized and stated that the bug problem wasn't normal, but didn't offer to compensate me for my inconvenience in any way, so I asked him by text and he basically said there was nothing he could do. I feel this wasn't good customer service. No one should have this many problems with bugs in their living space while trying to enjoy themselves on vacation.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, other than the ants which was handled, we were not aware of the other issues until the night before your departure leaving us no time to rectify the situation during your stay. We did have the unit evaluated after your departure and no major issues were identified. With the location, the lagoon and close proximity to nature there are occassionally little critters that make their way and so we do apologize for the inconvenience but certainly we want all our guests to be comfortable in a clean environment which we feel we do provide.

Needs some tender care

The condo has a great view and plenty of room. However, the advertisement states "new carpet" and that is far from true. The carpet was dirty throughout and badly stained in the hallway and dining area. We have taught our kids to take their shoes off in our house and others but chose to wear shoes due to the carpet condition. The ceiling fans were covered with dust and we ended up wiping them down before turning them on. I emailed the owner pictures of these items on Sunday, one so we wouldn't get blamed for carpet stains and the other just to let him know if they hadn't been there in a while. I received an email back with it's "inevitable" for the carpet to become dirty and that he would speak with the cleaning people regarding the fans. I even told him we would accommodate a carpet cleaning company coming in during the week but got no response back. The people who rented the week before us stated they had an infant that crawls and hated to let him due to the carpet condition. I had got in contact with them because they had left a camera and Ipod in one of the bedroom dressers. Along with what I have already stated, the baseboards were dusty and there were cobwebs in some of the windows. Again the view, size, and location are fantastic but I would not rent the unit again unless it gets a good Spring cleaning. We were disappointed in the unit and owners response and just wanted to leave an honest review in hope the owners take it to heart.

Barb and I have enjoyed vacationing, with our family and friends on Hilton Head for a number of years. Being from Pennsylvania the southern hospitality and relaxing atmosphere present the perfect place to get away from the hectic pace of the northeast and relax.

After vacationing on Hilton Head for many years, during our stay the summer of 2009, we decided it was time to purchase our own place on Hilton Head. We chose Springwood in South Forest Beach for a number of reasons. The location of the villa itself is quiet and serene yet only footsteps from the hub of the Island, Coligny Plaza and beach. When we walked into the unit and saw the layout and size of the villa we thought it was perfect. Then we looked out of the windows of the villa and saw the view of the lagoon and pool we knew it was Paradise Found.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This end 2 story 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath villa is in the last building of Springwood. The view of the lagoon and pool can be seen from every room. There is plenty of off street parking and there is no thru traffic to worry about. There are restaurants within walking distance.
