Power was out for 3 hours right when we arrived. While not necessarily the properties fault as it was city wide, still and inconvenience especially for the heat. Also small cleaning solvent smell. Location was decent and a short walk to food options.

Unfortunately, this was outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating that can be after traveling, especially in the Texas heat. We also appreciate you mentioning the cleaning smell. Our housekeeping team uses professional cleaning products to thoroughly sanitize the property between guests, but we will certainly review this to ensure it is not overwhelming upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay the place was clean and had everything we needed. Everything that we had planned to do was in walking distance which was great. Thank you for our stay loved every bit of it.

New Braunfels Getaway

We had a great stay at this property. The location is ideal for floating the river or going to Gruene. The master bedroom toilet kept running and was a struggle to flush, but I am sure that is an easy fix. The rooms were clean and the bonus was there is also a washer/dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit my party used for our trip was fantastic. Well-taken care of and appliances were all in great working order. The location was fantastic and not too far at all from anywhere we wanted to go. Also, Spud Ranch across the street is a great place to grab some quick dinner if needed. This company was also very responsive to questions I had. Would stay with them again anytime.

The location can't be beat as you are only 2 blocks from tube rental locations and the Comal river. Schlitterbahn is within walking distance as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place and a great location:) We checked in around midnight and the key code didn’t work. Called the after hours number and got the correct code. Other than that, no issues! Would highly recommend.

TRV "River Rock House"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like our place a lot. A few upgrades would be nice. We are winter Texans. I had a fall this winter and had elbow surgery. It was really hard to get in and out of the bathtub/shower. I had to have help. It would be good to have one bathroom accessible. Also, new kitchen chairs would be nice.

We love the location perfect within walking distance for floating or just to hang out in the water. Nice sized places and always very clean! We have a group that ends up renting multiple of the property I like that they have enough choices where our large group can be all together.

Perfect location.

My family and my brother in laws family stayed. It was the perfect size for our two families. The location was perfect for us to walk to Schlitterbahn. The internet wasn’t working and the communication through email to get it fixed was quick and we got it fixed so my sister in law was able to connect for a work meeting! We did let them know the kitchen sink sprayer wasn’t functioning and the back door was also not working. Overall, I would recommend!

The TV in the livingroom was not working properly, only got one channel. I reported it but nothing was ever done. The bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain properly. When you took a shower you were standing in ankle deep water and it took forever to drain. In both bathrooms light blubs need to be replaced only one bulb was working in each bathroom. These were minor things and the property worked out fine for a spur of the moment bookingt

2020 Vacation

The Condo was nice but we had to float the Guadalupe River. Wanted to try to move our location but due to the time, was not able to. The only issue was the grills. Thought that they would have been emptied and clean. Other then that, a great place to stay.

We wish that COVID-19 was not an issue this year either! Hope that your Guadalupe float was refreshing! Apologies extended about the grills, we will bring that to our housekeeper's attention as that is not on their check list. It's a shame that guests don't clean up after hope that the hamburgers were great though!
