We require a rental agreement to be signed in order to book our property.

We offer following extra services, please let us know at time of booking:
- Pool heating: it is recommended from November to March and is $40/day. Pool heating will be on during the whole duration of your stay.
- 2 BBQ burner (gas) rental: $95 up to 7 days.
- Early check-in at 1PM (subject to no other reservations prior to your arrival): $160.
- Late check-out at 1PM (subject to no other reservations at the time of your departure): $160.
