Awesome Stay!

Our entire experience at the condo was very comfortable! The included beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler, and bodyboards were very much appreciated. With two young kids, having the laundry in the unit was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to experience Maui!!

Fabulous Trip to Maui

We had an AMAZING stay at Honu Kai. We had a party of 20 of us. Multiple families, tons of kids. Everyone had their own condo, so we had separate spaces, but the resort had such beautiful grounds and space for all of us to gather together, on the grass, at the tables near the pond, at the EPIC pools. The Resort ROCKS! The staff were all super helpful, responsive and lovely to work with. I cannot recommend this more! Looking forward to going back!

We had a wonderful stay with KBM Resorts. The accommodations were great and when we needed a replacement cooler, they brought a new one the same day. Condo was well supplied with everything to make you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

First Timers at a Resort

This was our first time at a resort in Maui and it was amazing! Our 7th floor 1 bedroom condo was lovely! A peak of the ocean from the lanai. It was well appointed with all the necessities including two Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella. The pools were beautiful and not too crowded. The beach right out front had great snorkeling with a large variety of beautiful fish. We were pleasantly surprised that the fancier resort was not too noisy or crowded and we would love to return!

Amazing stay!

Our entire experience at the condo was seamless and very comfortable! We had everything at our disposable. The beach chairs and umbrella were an absolute godsend. It was fantastic having laundry in unit as well. The only minor complaint was that the knives in the kitchen were very dull but other than that a perfect stay. Absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to experience Maui!!

Wonderful stay

Booking was seamless with many room options available. We arrived late but already had our room number and door code which was so no need to stop at a front desk. The resort is well maintained with beautiful gardens and multiple areas around the many pools to spend the day. On many occasions we were able to enjoy the live music from Dukes. Overall a great experience and we are hoping to return with the whole family

Great stay. Everything you need

The unit is fantastic. Very clean. Well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Comfortable bed and even pull out couch was good sleeping. Facility grounds were nice with room to play volleyball, throw baseball, swimming pools etc. Easy walk out to beach. The beach is a rocky right out back so not great for swimming, but must of Maui seemed to be this way. Beach views are fantastic. Would come back again.

Perfect location for active families

714 Honokalani is well equipped and the North Kaanapali area is perfect for active people - 30 minute walk to Black Rock for snorkelling. Great hiking trails a short drive North. We'd come back again.

Great property

This property was great. We enjoyed the pool and beach. The only thing we wished for was that the condo had more plates and bowls instead of plastic ones. Basic spices and oil to cook with would have been great too.

Paradise on earth

Very nice unit. Nice views of the mountains and a glimpse of the ocean. The glass wall (door) opened to the deck which allowed the outside in. Birds visited every day, chirping away in the morning. What a great way to wake up. Having Duke's downstairs on the beach was awesome for food and drinks. We will be back !!!

I want to go back!!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 10 days this month, and we were so happy with our choice. John met us at the condo and showed us around the property, as well as showing us around the condo and filling us in on how the appliances and A/C worked. This was very helpful for us. Everything we needed was at the condo including beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, beach umbrellas, beach bag with sand toys in it, and beach towels. John said that we should contact him if we needed new linens, but it honestly was easier to just toss the towels in the wash and launder them ourselves. ( There was plenty of laundry detergent for us to use as well.) The photos of the condo are very representative of how the condo looked and it was very clean as well. We loved the convenience of eating at Duke's just downstairs, and also loved the coffee at the downstairs store as well. Our favorite activities were snorkeling ( Get your equipment for the week at Snorkel Bob's) at Kapalua Bay and also just right on Ka'anapali Beach as well, and hiking. We hiked the Pipiwai Trail on the east side to the Waimoku Falls--it is a must do! A gorgeous hike through the rain forest and a bamboo forest with huge waterfalls at the end. ( Bring hiking boots!) We also liked the Polipoli trail that went through the redwood trees. We did the road to Hana--beautiful, but I would recommend spending the night in Hana, especially if you want to do the Pipiwai Trail...it's just too much for one day. Besides, Dukes, we loved eating at Hula Grill. ....As you can tell, we had an awesome time and would not hesitate to recommend this condo--it's a great choice!

The room had everything we needed So all you need is your food and clothes The walk to the beach is just out the front door The sunset will not leave you disappointed The pools are open for your convenience but the ocean water will refresh your body and mind and soul Cant wait to return to my home away from home

Honua Kai never disappoints

We have been 4 times and it never disappoints. Nice to see they are updating the outside to more modern colors and maintaining the resort. We've tried some of the newer resorts and keep coming back to the Honua Kai. For the price, location, beach and amenities just cannot compare.

Excellent Hawaiian getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Honua Kai. The condo was lovely and just how it is described. My kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide. Sleeper sofa was surprisingly very comfortable! We’ll definitely return!

KBM Resorts couldn't have been better

KBM Hawaii couldn't have been better! I emailed several times leading up to our trip and always received a quick and super friendly reply. Really got me in the aloha spirit before arrival. The check in was fast and flawless. The complimentary valet was INCREDIBLE. It saved us SO much time as a nice young man loaded all our groceries and luggage onto a rack and brought it upstairs for us while we were getting the tour of our unit. Also was really glad to learn that KBM donates leftover food and baby items, so I happily left a pack of diapers and wipes behind. Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Honua kai and cant wait to return!

Rental was great

KBM Hawaii rental was great, I was A little skeptical of them at first, due to the fact I never heard of them. They were efficient returning emails, car rental went really smoothly. Met us at the check in right on time. When we arrived at condo, the blender was not working, within an hour we had a new blender on our counter top. KBM made our vacation go smoothly and stress free. Will definitely use KBM again.

From booking to arrival, KBM were such a breeze to work with. Coupled with the gorgeous Honua Kai apartment, this was our most pleasurable Hawaii experience to date. The complimentary hire car is a wonderful touch and was a great addition to this perfect vacation. Will definitely use KBM again.
