Beachfront Paradise w/ Totally PRIVATE BEACH ON THE WATERFRONT , Bring your dog

This stunning BEACHFRONT home was designed by an award winning Architect and is true paradise. The home has a private beach right in the backyard. The plan is open with the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the entire length of the home. The elevated deck is a mere 10' from the waters edge. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet and an opulent bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a flat screen t.v.. The Master Suite has direct access to the waterfront deck as does the great room.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with flat screen t.v.'s also.

Barbecue on the waterfront deck while the sun sets. Walk to the Anna Maria City Pier within 5 min. or enjoy other nearby restaurants and shopping.

CLOSE TO THE ANNA MARIA CITY PIER. , 5 min. walk to free trolley . Walk to restaurants and shopping on Pine Avenue, Walk to the Sandbar Restaurant and Waterfront Restaurant, or Anna Maria City Pier and Rod and Reel Pier.

Outstanding stay at Laura’s home on Anna Maria. First, communication with Laura was excellent from start to finish. Second, the house is just wonderful, spacious, cozy, and fantastic location with a beach in the backyard and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and other goodies in addition to absolutely killer expansive views!! Our family and our pets enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we cannot wait to get back. Can’t say enough about how great our stay was, thank you Laura, we’ll be back soon!

We have just had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home on Anna Maria Island. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d picked somewhere special.The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up each morning to our own private beach and stunning sea views was unforgettable.During our stay we were lucky enough to see dolphins almost every day, along with manatees, pelicans, crabs and even sea turtle nests right on the beach. Hiring a golf buggy and exploring the island like the locals was a real highlight, and the location made it easy to reach fantastic restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.The home itself was comfortable , peaceful and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, making the whole experience effortless from start to finish.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beachfront escape on Anna Maria Island. It has been one of the highlights of our Florida holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

Beach view wasn’t as pretty on this side but the night time with the breeze was incredible and it was still nice getting up to the water every morning. Great hosts!

I'm sorry you didn't find a view from my beach as nice as I assume the gulf side, most people I've talked to prefer my beach because the home is so directly on the beach with the water very close and very calm but I do hope you return soon and I'm glad you enjoyed yourselves. I love Anna Maria, the quaint village atmosphere, the fabulous beaches, the great restaurants and shopping. It is particularly nice not to need a car.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love being car free, utilizing the free trolley and walking on the beach or just floating in the water working on my tan. One of my favorite things to do is barbeque on the waterfront deck as the sun sets while enjoying the dolphins and birds.
