About this space
Outstanding location, easily walkable (0.4mile)to lots of great Park Circle restaurants and bars! 10 minutes to Charleston International Airport and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston!
The space

We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love most about this home:

• Awesome location walkable to neighborhood bars and restaurants!
• New furnishings throughout including memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms
• Smart Roku TVs in the living room and both of the bedrooms
• Quiet, fully fenced backyard
• Both bedrooms have a FULL bath attached!

The living room and both bedrooms feature Roku smart TVs ready to sign into your favorite streaming apps! The master bedroom has a super comfy memory foam KING bed and USB ports in both bedside lamps to charge all of your devices and a huge walk in closet for plenty of storage. The secondary bedroom also has a great memory foam queen mattress, charging ports and also has a walk-in closet! Both bedrooms feature their own independent attached FULL bath! If needed the living room sofa can be pulled out for an additional queen bed. In the bathrooms we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals and we also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods! The dining table or kitchen counter combined with the free high speed WIFI make working from home a breeze! Heading into the fully fenced back yard there is another table and chairs to enjoy the low country nights! It is a safe and easy walk, less than half a mile to great neighborhood bars and restaurants such as the Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, LOLAs seafood and many more!

Guest have full access to the home and yard except for the owners closet in living room.
Other things to note
Park Circle is a fun, eclectic and bustling neighborhood. The home is near a train crossing so you WILL hear it from time to time. Airplanes can also be heard sometimes since Charleston Airport is very close.

Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Please note there are security cameras around the exterior of the building.

Park Circle getaway

We arrived with a very easy check in. The property was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Park circle district with pleanty of restaurants and bars. Very easy access to nearby roads and highways. Would recommend to anyone looking to Stay in the North Charleston area.

Shipyard weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Most of the team was staying around Park Circle. The townhome was clean and newly remodeled. Great location to local coffee shop and restaurants.Only negative is that it is 5 townhomes next to each other. Our neighbors stayed up super late our first night.

Nice place - Close to Park Circle

It was nice - comfortable and convenient. Comfortable seating area and comfortable beds. Only issue was minimum toilet paper for a 5 day stay and no paper products - napkins or paper towels. No Live TV either- all streaming which you sign in. Rainy evening and couldn’t watch local news.

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location of this property! It is located close to a cute little area with restaurants and other businesses. Easy access to downtown Charleston, the beaches, shopping, etc. The host responded quickly when we had an issue with the battery in the door lock and resolved it instantly. We would definitely stay here again.

Shipyard baseball vacation

The property was exactly as described, great location, walking distance from Park Circle and just a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston or a local beach. We were here for a baseball tournament at Shipyard and the commute was easy, again just 25 minutes. The amenities were great, kitchen had all the cookware needed for the few nights we cooked at home. Coffee was provided and appreciated for that first morning after we arrived. Beds were comfortable, linens were plush and everything was clean. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Great Location

Place was exactly as advertised; Gus made everything smooth from start to finish. Wonderful location, close to everything! Enjoyed our stay; would definitely book again when in Charleston.
