Guests enjoy access to a shared heated pool, perfect for year-round relaxation, and the Gulf beach is directly across the street for easy beach days and sunset walks. For boating enthusiasts, boat docks on Lemon Bay are available for an additional fee, offering access to calm bay waters and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The condo includes free parking, BBQ grills for guest use, and a screened lanai—perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the coastal breeze.
