When you’re ready to relax, the comfy and cozy home will be your sanctuary, readying and recharging you for another day ahead.

There is a kitchenette with microwave, dishware, coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster, high-top table, and stools - but no stove, oven or sink.

My home is a comfy and cozy cove of exposed brick, bright windows fresh white walls, hardwood floors, a recently updated bathroom, and an amazing cozy space.

Beddings:
One queen bed and a sofa bed/futon that can sleep up to 2 guests comfortably.

Not in great condition. total of 2 towels for 2 people for 5 days/4 nights. Heat was NOT very good, but found a plug in to assist. Host did text back which was good, was difficult to get key and get it. WORST that broke the camals back was I stated very low shower pressure. They said to turn it off and back on which did nothing. Sink had pressure so just shower issue. A trickle. Day 1 only day showerable. after that a DRIP of water. Guy came to fix 5pm on our 4th day, so I had to pack up, pay for a taxi and hotel, unpack, just to shower to make it to a dinner.

The photos are somewhat deceptive in that this is a studio apartment. Also, it wasn’t clear to me that it was a four story walk up. As it’s quite close to Houston, it has a lot of road noise, even throughout the night.

Perfect

We loved the loft upon entering. It was clean and cozy. And the large windows provided beautiful natural light which was very pleasing. The location and surrounding neighborhoods filled with a college student vibe, were friendly and safe. The host was quick in replying to questions or with providing help. We definitely recommend and will try to stay here again the next time we are in NYC.

Location location location! The location of this apartment is amazing. The bed is very comfortable. If you plan on using the couch as a bed it is flimsy shorter than it looks and not so comfortable. Probably great for a kid but not so much for an adult. The place is pretty clean but definitely needs some paint and the ac is covered in dust. It would’ve been nice to have been provided shampoo conditioner & soap. I’ve stayed at many air b&b an and rarely are these things not provided. All in all would definitely stay again.

Great location. Lovely view of street/park, bodega and ice cream downstairs. Loud on weekend nights. There is no kitchen but dishes and mini fridge are available. Couch folds out but is not serviceable as a bed. Fourth floor walk up, love it or hate it. Another review suggested AC works poorly but that was not the case — perfectly cool and comfortable in summer heat. Overall a usual NYC studio with plenty of charm.

This place is a perfect (and reasonably priced) launching pad for exploring SOHO, Greenwich Village, etc. Owner was excellent at communicating. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Perfect place for a solo traveler or a couple. Truly incredible location, walkable to great restaurants, shops and the subway. Place is really cute with lots of light (big windows). No kitchen (just a mini fridge and microwave) so don’t plan on cooking — luckily there are tons of good options within a few blocks. Check in was confusing for me as you have to pick the key up three blocks away, then carry any bags up four flights — but the owner was available and walked me through it. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

Great place to stay - good central location. Walkable to a lot / good access to subway. Should be flagged that this unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - only stairs. Not an issue, but definitely something to consider if you are traveling with many/heavy bags, or are someone who needs accessibility accommodations. Overall great stay!

Like washing dishes in your bathroom sink? Us either!We didn’t enjoy this accommodation. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, and the apartment feels neglected — it needs some care and updating. The kitchen is effectively a cupboard with no proper sink (you have to use the bathroom sink), which felt unhygienic. The pull-out sofa is unusable. While the location is great (next to Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream), the studio itself is tired and doesn’t reflect the photos.Check-in was inconvenient — you have to walk a block to collect keys from a grocery store, which felt impersonal and not guest-focused. The host offered very little communication or support throughout.At this price point, we’ve stayed in far better places. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend it.

Awesome location in SOHO!

Overall, our stay was wonderful!! The location of this apt is in a perfect spot in SOHO, with food/drinks/bodegas/etc. (even a grocery store right across the street & ice cream shop right beside) all within 1-2 blocks. Subway is a 5min walk which was also very convenient. It’s not too loud in the area, & the apt is clean & exactly as described. One note-AC was not working well as mentioned in other reviews, I think it’d be difficult to stay during the thick of a hot/cold season. My reasoning for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the check in process. As other reviews have mentioned, it was very difficult & confusing. Our situation was even more convoluted, as the keys were not properly returned to the keycafe before we arrived. We went to the keycafe & the key was checked out, as the cleaners had not returned it as the previous guest left the key on the back of the apt door instead of on the table. The host was extremely communicative, which we appreciated, & directed us to the emergency key lockbox location. However, when we went to the second location, the lock box was not actually on the fence of the address mentioned, but two spots down. We tried several lockboxes before locating the correct one. Once we got inside the unit, we were then asked to return the emergency keys back to the lock box location. We paid extra for an early check in, which was unfortunately cut short due to these issues. The check in process as a whole should be highly reconsidered.Thank you!

Good location as you are in the middle of Soho and can walk pretty much everywhere for restaurants and bars.On the negative side: very slow internet, no kitchen, you can’t cook as only microwave, shower water pressure is very bad and you can’t control it, one water outlet, the flat is on the 4th floor with no elevators. Very noisy over the weekends as you are in the middle of the actions, also I have spotted a huge cockroach in the shower and the host didn’t react in any way. I won’t stay again as too pricy for the quality.
