The staff here are accommodating and very friendly and attentive, the condo was clean and everyrhing worked perfect for us ! Not to mention met some really nice neighbors as well. We will definitely be back!

EXCELLENT STAY!

We stayed for 8 nights at this property and it was perfect! The location was great, right in the middle of everything so we had plenty of choices of what beach to try each day. At night, the kids had a blast going to the beach right by the property to look for ghost crabs. The area can get busy on the main streets, but the property was very quiet and peaceful. Management was very responsive for even simple questions. The unit was very clean and looked just like the photis in the listing. We have absolutely no complaints and would be happy to stay again!

Check in was great as well as communication with the host. Everything was clean and well kept. Easy to walk to the beach only taking about a minute. I gave 4 stars only because no air in the bathroom in apt 119. And bed was super creaky. Probably will wake up anyone in the room when getting up or turning over. Other than that. Everything was great. Will consider for next time.

Nice location just not cleaned

The location is amazing. Beach across a small side street. The room itself was nice but the floors were clearly not cleaned. I have an infant and within 5 mins of being on the floor her knees and legs were black bc of how dirty the floor was. We would have asked for it to be cleaned but it states that they charge you for more cleaning. Other than that we had a great stay, the pool is beautiful not many people were ever in it and our neighbors were very nice.

The best part of the stay was being close to the beach. However, the listing is very deceitful. They boast all the amenities available yet they aren’t. You are in a very cramped remodeled apartment. You cannot lock the doors from the inside so if you have children you have to be mindful as they can easily open the doors and get out. Also they did not leave any supplies to clean with such as trash bags or packets for the dishwasher. Additionally, the bedding and couch seemed to not be cleaned well. Be mindful of this booking and don’t expect very much.

The Perfect Affordable Getaway

Our hostess Gabriella was amazing- very responsive and attentive to questions leading up to our stay. The perfect location! The shortest walk to the beach (just across the parking lot). We walked over to drink our morning coffee and watch the surfers. Great location! When we booked, the google street view didn't show the updated building, but recent google images did. They've done a great job with this place. There is a mix between short term rentals and apartment tenants. Well maintained! Bottom floor facing the beach side- perfection. Everything you need. We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully in this room!

Good Value for sure!

Apt. 118, (listed as 114) The apartment inside was as pictured. There is absolutely no view of the beach-which is pictured in listing, but you are able to get to the beach very quickly and easily! We had everything we needed there- kitchen items, ice maker, beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, and coin laundry was available. (Take quarters with) The host was very sweet and provided coffee and a special gift basket for us. It was very appreciated! The only complaints I have are probably a matter of personal taste- I would highly recommend a real sofa and a couple of real chairs to eat at the countertop, and there is a need for some hooks to hang up beach towels and suits. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet area. We used the pool a lot when we were not at the beach, there was never more than 2 other people in it. Neighbors were nice and recommended a pizza place within walking distance, as well as let us know about the fireworks. There was construction going on a few doors down, but it really didn’t bother us much.

Nice location, nice beach, the host can improve communication.

The listing description mentioned ‘breathtaking’ ocean view and unfortunately it wasn’t the case. The address and unit number provided first via the app was to an unit on the first floor that was under construction, the host claimed there was an AC issue on that one then moved us to another unit on the first floor on an adjacent bldg. Then that one was also on the first floor and without an ocean view, we requested to be placed on an unit with advertised view. They got back to us late that day and offered a free week on another occasion or a full reimbursement (if we wanted to leave), the host claimed there was a fire on the unit with the ocean view. After traveling the whole day we were exhausted and decided to stay and requested a partial reimbursement. A duct vent cover fell on my head, which I immediately informed, the host said they would send someone to fix it the next morning, they actually sent someone several days later after I reminded them to do so. The partial reimbursement also took many days and a lot of back and forth, but they finally did it. The unit looked OK, similar to shown on the pictures (except for the lack of ocean view). The beach is very close by. The only problem was that the water wasn’t crystal clear since there was algae (and dead fish). Seems like there is something called JuneGrass that may happen in June and July. It’s basically algae that naturally happens and sometimes kills some fish.There is a social media group that helps find reports
