This secluded hideaway offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and private patio.
Just off the foyer to your right is the kitchen with all white appliances and white cabinets. Above the sink is a pass-thru opening to the dining area that features a rectangular wood table with seating for six guests.

Beyond the dining area is the living room with vaulted ceilings and sliding door out to the private back patio. The living room has 56" Samsung smart TV, sleeper sofa, three teal chairs and another coastal printed armchair.

The two bedrooms are to the left of the foyer. The first guest room offers a queen and twin bed and has hall access to bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, SMART TV and an attached full bathroom with pedestal sink and walk-in shower.

The private patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family meals. There is a small outdoor loveseat, gas BBQ grill and round bar height table with six chairs and umbrella.

666 Queens Grant is just a short 3 minute walk to the community pool that is open from April - September and a 12 minute walk to nearest beach access!

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
