This neighborhood is 3.5 miles from the beach and offers an excellent amenities with an outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

This home is pet friendly and will allow up to two small dogs, for an additional fee of $250.00 per dog.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, bath towels and bath mats.
