Relax at Lailamar Villa and experience the real Barbados - Really get away from it all! Our lovely ground floor apartment has two spacious bedrooms including built-in wardrobes, ample kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with a private pool with its own bar and green areas. There’s also a balcony for taking in the views of the ocean horizon and enjoying the cool year round breeze. Culpepper Spring and Marley Vale bay are just a short walk away; you’ll have it all and more at Lailamar.
The ground floor of the villa contains two roomy bedrooms each with built in wardrobes stocked with fresh linens and towels. The main bedroom en-suites to the large bathroom, which includes a bath, shower and double basin sink. Step out of either bedroom and you’ll be greeted with a generous open plan living area which extends into a dining area seating up to 6 people. Adjacent to the dining table you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the expected necessities.
An exclusively private swimming pool with bar and a garden area are situated to the rear of the property, accessible via the double patio doors in the living area or, from either side of the building. The villa also includes a ground floor balcony with seating and table, perfect for admiring the ocean horizon and taking in the rural scenery.

Bajan and British born, I’ve always wanted to own a piece of the ‘rock’ as it’s so called. Finally in 2023 this wish came true, in a truly amazing way. Not only had I a found a great home, but also a great location. Ticking all the boxes of having an ocean view, a short walk to a beach, my own pool and spacious surroundings. Throw in the bonus of an outside bar, 3 car front drive, tourist attractions on the doorstep and fantastic neighbours - I couldn’t be happier.
So, I wish to share this happiness with others by renting it out and allowing others to discover what I discovered when I first travelled home to Barbados. Who knows, maybe you’ll fall in love as I have done and look to acquire your own piece of the ‘rock’ in the future.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Because it’s close to the ocean and the surrounding neighbourhood was friendly, safe and welcoming. Also the cool breeze from the ocean cannot be underestimated, it keeps mosquitos at bay (you won’t get bitten outside as the breeze stops them from landing anywhere) and helps you stay cool and dry during the day and night. This is key because the Villa has great outdoor spaces and they’re to be enjoyed as much as the spacious indoor areas.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
It’s closeness to the ocean and Marley Vale Bay. Normally you’d need to be on a costly resort to get this close to the sand and sea. It’s right by the famous Culpepper Spring, a right of passage for all Bajans. It’s also a short walk and possible swim to Culpepper Island which if you make it on the island, provides a view of Barabdos most tourist don’t get to see. All these places are visible on google maps and can be found in guides around the island. Marley Vale Bay is a small beach less than 5 mins walk from the villa, perfect for panoramic views of the Ocean and East Coast.
Also, if you wish to venture further out, you can visit the gorgeous Bottom Bay Beach, 3 mins drive, Crane Beach 8 mins drive and various restaurants around the east side of the island.
