This stunning well-appointed resort-style vacation home is located in one of Fort Lauderdale’s premier neighborhoods, minutes from everything! Spend your days enjoying Florida`s sub-tropical climate in the lush and private outdoor living space that features a heated pool with an oversized tanning ledge and in-water lounge chairs. Enjoy the collection of outdoor games both in and out of the pool. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a delicious meal with some refreshing beverages as you gather around the pool-side dining table. Relax in any of our pool deck sitting areas with over-sized shade umbrellas to keep you nice and cool during those warm sunny days.

THE SPACE

Blue Palm Isle welcomes you into a tastefully designed home with modern décor and unique amenities that will create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Blue Palm Isle is perfect for couples or families and friends.

The 4-bedroom home offers an open and spacious layout with room for everyone. Enjoy a family movie night in the relaxing living room with over-sized seating. The lounge has a fun, chill vibe that’s perfect for watching the play-offs, playing a board game, having a cocktail or just reading a book. Both rooms feature a wall-mounted 73” smart TV and the living room has an Alexa Echo which has an answer for just about everything! When it’s time to eat, the contemporary dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests and, no matter what you’re doing or where you stand, you’ll always have a view of the pool, garden and swaying palm trees from all these rooms!

KITCHEN

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including a glass cooktop & oven, top 2-door refrigerator + freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and sink with disposal. The granite countertops offer ample space to prep your favorite meal. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. We provide cleaning supplies, paper towels and trash bags.

Additionally, all of the following are provided for your convenience: double-toaster, blender, tea kettle, waffle maker, electric hand mixer, and crock pot as well as all the tools and utensils needed to cook just about any meal - including silverware, plates, glassware and wine glasses for (8), measuring cups and spoons, cooking utensils, potato peeler, pizza cutter, rolling pin, cheese grater, knife set, cutting boards, colander, mixing bowls, wine key with bottle opener, various baking sheets, pots and pans, can opener, meat thermometer, BBQ tools, citrus zester, salt + pepper grinders, olive oil and spices. We also have a fun and colorful series of outdoor-safe dining and drink-ware.

COFFEE BAR

Our coffee bar, adjacent to the kitchen, is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, 12-cup drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, freshly roasted specialty coffee, a variety of K-Cup pods, Twinings Tea, raw sugar, stevia, and an assortment of Nestle Coffee Mate coffee creamers and coffee cups.

SUITES

The primary suite has a King bed, a work station and is an ensuite with common shared access and a French door that provides direct access to the pool deck and features a California closet. The other suites, all enjoy a Queen bed. All beds are dressed in high-end, quality linens, fluffy pillows, and buttery-soft quilts -- extra pillows and throws available! All closets are furnished with luggage racks and hampers. All bedroom suites include wall-mounted smart TVs, extendable plug-and-play HDMI connections, usb/ac charging cubes, ceiling fans, touch-sensor table lamps and plantation shutters on all windows.

BATHROOMS

The elegant, all-marble ensuite bathroom features 2 pedestal sinks, a step-in shower with glass doors, dual rain-fall shower heads, each with its own spa massaging wand. The cabana bathroom offers convenient access to the pool deck and also, features a rain-fall shower head and massage wand.

The bathrooms are furnished with salon and spa high-end, quality amenities including hand/wash/bath towels; hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all in liquid form; hair dryers, make-up mirrors, make-up facial cleansing wipes and toilet paper.

LAUNDRY

Washer/Dryer is provided along with an iron and ironing table. Laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets and spot remover provided.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the entire home although, there is host designated closet that is restricted to guests. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of (3) vehicles. No street parking is allowed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (The city of Fort Lauderdale has a STRICT noise ordinance in place and may fine or terminate the rental if a violation occurs). Please be advised that the neighbors pay close attention to the rules and will report any misconduct, so please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum. There are non-recording noise sensors inside and outside of the home that monitor decibel levels (they DO NOT record audio or video). Guests will NOT be refunded if they violate the noise ordinance and are asked to leave. Guests may be responsible for any fines imposed on the host from code enforcement because of the violation.

This is a private home and is pet-free and smoke-free environment. The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

We welcome families with children of all ages. This single-story home and is NOT child-proof, with pool and other common features/amenities that could be potentially dangerous. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES and should NEVER be left unattended (without adult supervision) inside OR outside of the home.

Please DO NOT unplug any automation devices including WiFi router and/or modem - doing so may result in malfunction of features and amenities advertised.

Fort Lauderdale is located in a sub-tropical climate in South Florida and certain months of the year can be very hot and humid. It is common for even the best A/C units to struggle to maintain set temperatures during the hottest parts of the day. We do not monitor, adjust, or limit A/C usage, however, there may be times where parts of the home may not cool to your set temperate and unfortunately, that is not within our control. We do not recommend setting the temperature below 68 degrees as doing so can cause the A/C unit to `freeze` up and become inoperable.

Blue Palm Isle is in a sub-tropical climate and as a result, you may see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This could include (but may not be limited to) iguanas, birds, mosquitos, ants and palmetto bugs. Though we do our best to manage the controllable aspects of our property, there are certain elements that are common in our environment that are out of our control. We graciously ask that you embrace the occasional quirks of South Florida living while staying with us.
