Welcome to our Beach House!!

It is located just 10 minutes from the two MOST FAMOUS BEACHES in the Fort Lauderdale area. The moment you walk into the sun-filled space you'll feel relaxed and ready to start your perfect Florida vacation!

Our House is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style house with a peaceful outdoor area with a pool. (Can be heated)

You will find:

two queen beds
one twin and single bed (bunk bed)
two living areas
free Wi-Fi

Our neighborhood is well-kept, quiet and friendly.

Fort Lauderdale is a laid-back, excellent family vacation destination. There are also tons of Insta-worthy spots to visit!
Our house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
You will have access to the entire Beach House and all the amenities. We don't live in the area all the time, so we won't bother you at all. However, we are always available via text or call if you need assistance during your stay.

We are pretty sure you have already found info about the area, but here are some basic facts:

Fort Lauderdale airport is 10 min drive.
Lauderdale By the Sea Beach is 10 min drive.
Fort Lauderdale Beach is 12 min drive.
Las Olas Blvd- famous dining and shopping spot is 20 min drive.
Aldi grocery store is 3 min walk.
Publix grocery store is 5 min drive.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has queen size bed.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed- a twin mattress on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a working space with a desk, two monitors and a printer/copy/ fax machine in case you need it.

All three bedrooms are modern and bright so you can easily rest after a long day.

The second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

There are two living areas with plenty of seating to relax and dine. There is a TV and a big mirror to check your vacation outfits!

The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, a waffle maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, hot water pot, stovetop, built-in microwave, and all cooking utensils.

The outdoor area with pool, BBQ Grill, chairs, and dining spot is perfect to enjoy time with family & friends.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you need to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and a security deposit. The $500 refundable deposit will be returned to you if no damages or violations, such as smoking, are found during your stay. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps.

Pool heating fee applies for $35/day. Please request it in advance.

Please note that there is a small step near kitchen leading to living area with TV so keep that in mind especially when letting the kids run freely ;)

WE DO NOT ALLOW RENTERS TO ORGANIZE PARTIES, BEING LOUD, ORGANIZING EVENTS ETC. AT OUR PROPERTY.
NOT OBEYING TO OUR RENTAL HOUSE POLICY WILL BE FINANCIALY PUNNIESHED!

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24


**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 7. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.


We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
