This sunny home was fully renovated in 2021 to provide guests with the ultimate vacation experience and a place they won't forget any time soon. Regarding outdoor living, this home is simply unbeatable. Discover a large fully enclosed backyard with breathtaking landscaping, a real lawn, impressive views in all directions of the surrounding mountains and valley, and a sparkling private pool. Sunbathe on any of the poolside loungers while reading a favorite book or keeping an eye on the kids while they swim, play hoops or water volleyball. As you enter this valley gem of a home, you will discover two family rooms, each with large smart TVs and AppleTV devices for streaming - now you will have the freedom to enjoy watching what you want to watch while the others stream their favorite shows as well. When mealtime comes around, head to the spacious open kitchen to prepare the most delicious homemade meals for the crew! The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and a sparkling island for additional dining space. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room for more formal meals or board game nights. The pool is kept unheated but can be heated for a $72 per night fee. 48 hr notice is needed for pool heat to be added to reservation.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active camera by the garage in the front yard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
