The comfy beds are perfect for a solid night of catching ZZs. Don’t forget to check out our koi pond which inhabits frogs and colorful koi!

David was an excellent host who was quick to respond to our questions and made sure our family of Californians (unaccustomed to PA winter weather) had a safe and warm arrival. The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and well stocked with essential amenities. The indoor hot tub was amazing and a highlight of our stay. There was plenty of comfortable couches and seating for everyone to hang out and relax. The house was in a convenient location only about 30 min away from the sights we planned to see, including Kitchen Kettle Village, the Amish Village, and Turkey Hill Experience. I highly recommend David’s property if visiting Lancaster County!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as presented on VRBO. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was safe. We would definitely stay here again.

We visited Sight and Sound theater. This home was close enough and priced right.

Quiet house

Spaciousness and cleanliness of house was great. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was enjoyed, but I would have been nice to have had more than one TV and perhaps more comfortable furniture in the TV room. With only one TV it might have also been nice to have had some games to play or some porch furniture to enjoy the outside areas.

Excellent Stay!

We traveled with 2 families for a travel baseball tournament. The house was the perfect setup for us. The kids had a blast in the hot tub! The house is the perfect combination of historic charm with modern upgrades. We had everything we needed. Very easy to get to downtown Lancaster.

Spacious farmhouse in a pretty location

The property was pretty and I loved the water feature in the backyard. The house was really gorgeous and old. The owners took care to retain the beautiful interior wood trim and the layout of the home while modernizing the amenities. The bathrooms were brand new and well stocked. The hot tub was super fun and not noticeable when not in use. Would totally recommend this spot and stay here again. I visited with a bunch of friends and the size of the space was very comfy.

Family Vacation in Lancaster

Enjoyed Lancaster Barnstormers baseballs games every night and tons of great day trips from Amish Buggy rides and tours, sight and sound theatre, pretzel making and a day in Philadelphia! The house was great easily slept our group of 7 in 5 very comfortable beds! Kitchen had why we needed to cook our own meals! Home was clean and conveniently located! Hope to be back next year for a third championship ring ceremony for the barnstormers!

Lovely Old Home

This is a lovely old home. We slept, showered and changed there, so we do not have much to say about the amenities. The beds were comfortable. Of note, the fourth bedroom is not private. It is attached to another bedroom and has an open doorway to the hallway. This home is great for a family, but might be a little awkward for couples, unless you’re “really close”. They have a beautifully landscaped front yard and a very large backyard. The location is quite even though it is on a Main Street. The village is quaint. We would stay there again.
