Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. This is great at the end of a long day. Palazzo is known to have fast elevators, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze.
