Vistas directas al mar desde el dormitorio principal en su cama King Size. Vistas directas al mar también desde la sala de estar. Dos patios, uno fuera de la sala de estar y el segundo fuera del dormitorio principal.

La mayor parte de la unidad ha sido remodelada, las imágenes se actualizarán en breve.

TODOS AMAN ESTE LUGAR. A Million Dollar Ocean Front View, pasos de la playa, a solo 100 pies de distancia. Dos pisos, 2 habitaciones, 1 1/2 baños, vistas directas al mar en dos balcones, sala de estar y dormitorio principal.

Hola velocidad de Internet inalámbrico. Televisor de pantalla grande. Totalmente amueblado con nuevas decoraciones, muebles nuevos, estufa nueva, lavaplatos nuevo, muchas mejoras, horno tostador, microondas nuevo, sistema de filtro de agua de ósmosis inversa para fregadero y cubitos de hielo, nuevos ventiladores de techo.

Lavadora y secadora de alta eficiencia de tamaño completo en el interior. Nuevas camas King y Queen Size. Walk in closet en MB. Pequeño complejo de condominios amigable solo 12 unidades en total. Parece una casa adosada. Zona tranquila de la playa.

¡SUPER LIMPIO!

Está equipado con un sofá, love seat, sillón, juego de comedor, escritorio de tamaño completo, electrodomésticos, televisor de pantalla grande de 55 ", televisor de 25", reproductor de DVD, equipo para ejercicios que incluye pesas. Juegos de mesa, utensilios de cocina, platos, cubiertos, vasos, almohadas, colchas, sábanas, dos camas hinchables (si es necesario), toallas, sillas de playa, tablas de surf, sombrillas, etc.

Excelentes críticas, porque tratamos a nuestros huéspedes como si quisiéramos ser tratados.

Los nuevos invitados siempre comentan, esta es la calidad, las vistas al océano y todo lo que dijiste que sería, ¡sin sorpresas!

Enjoyed stay

We enjoyed our stay at our favorite location. The condo was well furnished & in good condition. Other people at the condo were friendly. Charley kept in touch and was helpful. It was especially nice to have a washer, dryer and garage. Definitely would stay there again.

Great condo right on the beach!

This was our second stay and we had a great time. We enjoy the small, quite, friendly condo complex and Charlie is very involved, making sure everything is going smoothly. The pictures represent the condo and the view perfectly and we love the easy quick walk right out the door to the beach!

Very clean, great view right on the beach!

I had a great two months there. Mr. Vega was very nice and helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean which is very important to me! Nicely furnished with washer and dryer. Everything I needed and more. Will definately stay there again!!! Thank you!!!

We just returned from spending the month of March in this condo right on the beach. This is an amazing location to spend vacation time. Close enough to Daytona Beach to enjoy Bike Week, shopping, etc, and located in a quiet low traffic location to relax. We were treated like family by our host, Charley Vega, and the other residents in the condo complex....great neighbours. There are only 12 units so it's a very friendly building. Well decorated and supplied and has "that million dollar view". You can't get any better in our view. Going back??? You bet!!!..We're booked for next year.

Wonderful Location!

Charley was a wonderful person to work with, very accommodating. All was as expected; clean, adequate and wonderful neighbors. Sitting on the deck was one of our favorite spots. Location was central to many of the activities we enjoyed...speedway, St Augustine, Universal, etc. We surely hope to visit Daytona Beach Shores again.

AMAZING Two Story Oceanfrot Condo w/ 1 Car Garage!

The condo was cozy, clean and very well maintained, beautiful location. Being right on the beach is always an incredible experience with easy access to the highways, restaurants and many local attractions. Charley and his wife are amazing individuals, accessible anytime and really caring. Will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW

If you find listening to the sound of the ocean soothing, this is the place for you!! Watching the sunrise from this location is nothing shy of breathtaking. The neighbours are very friendly and pleasant and are willing to assist you at any time. The grounds are well groomed and maintained on a regular basis. You are close to all the amenities that the Daytona Beach area offers. We happen to be there for Bikeweek 2015 and found it an easy access to all the venues. The owner, Charley, is extremely pleasant to deal with and always available if you have any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate to recommend this location and we look forward to returning sometime in the future. Jeff DAVIS Grand Valley, Ontario, Canada

Excellent stay in Daytona Beach Shores

The rental was part of a 12 unit condominium right on the ocean. The view was spectacular, the other people in the condo were warm and welcoming, the condo itself was very well equipped, and comfortable. New appliances, king sized bed, excellent TV and phone services. The condo was very clean and the bedrooms were both very large. The owner was very responsive and welcoming, and God willing we would return again. The area itself has many restaurants including some with live music and many points of interest. It met all our expectations.

Awesome King Size bed and electric recliners which is located by the patio doors looking out to the ocean, and you can still watch your favorite shows on the big screen TV, the best of both worlds! Great kitchen, many upgrades, and feel like home atmosphere.

We are inviting you to our home away from home. We don't rent it most of the year, it is our quiet place to relax. So we decorated it with the best, not like an ordinary rental.

Our pricing is very reasonable and competitive. We have traveled to other places and truly believe you get what you pay for. Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The complex is small, only 12 units so its not usually busy with people. You don't have everyone coming and going like large buildings. No big buildings with elevators and long hallways that you have to drag all your groceries and things up. Each unit has a front door, so you just walk right in only a few feet from parking. The building is old but the inside looks new. You can walk to the pier restaurant (directly on the ocean) from the beach, only about a 5 minute walk The food is pretty good too! Best of all direct oceanfront and walk to the beach directly from the property.
