Updated historic home in a fantastic Central City location only a 1 minute walk to the TRAX train, close to the University of Utah, easy walking or short drive to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, and quick access to get to the ski resorts. Enjoy a sunrise over views of the Wasatch mountains from the front porch, or peaceful seclusion in the backyard where you’ll find a fire pit and grill.

The home has 3 bedrooms including a master loft. Two of the bedrooms and the living room are on the main floor. The master loft is up a spiral staircase. There is a bathroom on the main floor and an en suite bathroom to the master loft upstairs. The kitchen has non-stick pots and pans, chef's knives, a great coffee maker, blender, and other amenities for those who like to cook. Help yourself to fresh herbs in the backyard to add flavor to your dish

Comfortable home, excellent location

Well appointed, clean, comfortable home within easy walking distance of the University and downtown. Easy check-in, easy parking, easy checkout, easy communication with host. Would definitely stay again.

Great house! We loved our stay

This property was great for a group of 6. Convenient location, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the backyard and front porch too!

Perfect Stay

This home was perfect. We were in Salt Lake for an event at Rice Eccles stadium. The tram was a 1 minute walk from the house which was very convenient for getting to the stadium. The house has everything that you might need. It ended up being very sunny and hot while we were there and there was sunscreen provided in each bathroom. There were also sleeping masks and ear plugs if you are light sleeper. We loved the backyard and the hammock was nice for relaxing and reading a book. We had zero complaints, and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect little home

We were enchanted with this property and it worked very well for our group of five adults. (A pair of sisters and three adult kids) The backyard is a little oasis in the middle of the city. The kitchen was fully stocked and thoughtful items were all over including earplugs in the end tables (after I shared we had a snorer in our group) I highly recommend this property.

Family football getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Close to public transportation and grocery store. Close to university. Parking around back for two cars, but go slow on the potholes getting back to the parking. Trees/bushes by parking could be trimmed. Sat out back by the fire pit enjoying family stories. The house was spotless. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils and bathrooms with more than enough towels for everyone.would stay here again.

Absolute amazing home!

Our stay at this home was truly exceptional. Having stayed at numerous VRBO properties in the past, we can confidently say that this one stood out in every way. The house was meticulously clean, exceptionally well-equipped, and perfectly located for our needs. We were in town to surprise my nephew for his 30th birthday, and with his home only 4 miles away, the proximity made it incredibly convenient for us to come and go.The property offered every amenity one could desire: a coffee press, grinder with fresh coffee, a traditional coffee maker, and an extensive selection of spices, oils, and vinegars—luxuries that many rentals often overlook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, and baking essentials, making meal preparation a breeze.The beautifully maintained yard added to the charm of the property, providing a tranquil space to relax. Our hostess was highly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Probably the best VRBO we've stayed in out of 6 on our 1 month trip. Very comfortable and spacious. Lovely house and property - very clean, great bed, no perfume or fragrance on sheets or towels, lots of surface space, tissue boxes everywhere, kitchen had absolutely everything needed to cook meals, beautiful garden with nice seating and sun shades, great front porch stoop for people watching, coffee/tea/filtered water very appreciated. Very quiet at night despite being on a very busy street during the day.

This neighborhood is the perfect location for people wanting to be close to everything. I love being able to walk to restaurants and bars, and to have the train so close to take downtown.

The house caught my eye the first time I drove by it. It's so charming. As soon as I walked inside, I knew it was perfect. The spiral staircase is a unique touch and the house has a warmth that makes you feel at home.
