The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and includes a King-Size bed and a private bathroom . The other three bedrooms each have a Queen-Size bed.The open living area is spacious and flooded with natural light due to the large window front. In short, a villa that provides a feeling of well-being. Enjoy the wonderful view of the pool area and the canal directly adjacent to the garden on the spacious terrace. Boaters get their money's worth here, as you have access to the river and the Gulf of Mexico in just a few minutes.

Villa Sunshine is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, not far from the Cape Coral Bridge, connecting Cape Coral to Fort Myers. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the Farmer Market taking place every Saturday morning, and the popular Boathouse, where you should definitely enjoy the sunset, among many other beautiful spots.
