The Mermaid- POOL, Short Walk to BEACH! Pets ok, Golf Cart Accessible. Enjoy this island home on stilts which includes a washer & dryer and large community POOL! Heated Pool access.
***MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS***
Enjoy this newly decorated island home on stilts which includes a
washer & dryer. Great open floor plan for entertaining. The living
room has 3 couches and 2 accent chairs. The full kitchen is spacious
and stocked with cookware, pots, pans, utensils and a standard coffee
maker to meet your culinary skills. The dining area has seating for 8
at the table and 3 at the bar. The three spacious bedrooms allow
plenty of room for your family or friends. Abundant closets and
dresser space for your beach attire and accessories. Large Flat Screen
TV in the living room, Guest Room (BR2) and Master Bedroom (BR1) all
with cable. Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with double vanities,
and the guest rooms share a bath in the hallway. Both bathrooms have
tub/shower combination units. You will love to sit on this shaded
balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. Yard for the kids run around and
play in the yard. The shared pool is located just across from the
house. Plenty of parking for your boat and cars. This property is just
a short ride to restaurants and shops downtown and has a 5- 8 minute
walking distance to the beach. Access to a second Community Pool that is heated and has water slides located 1.4 mile from home.

The home was nice. There were little things such as remotes not working, wrong Wi-Fi name, password, lights. We spent our time at the beach so it was ok. I didn’t find it to be walking distance. Still need to drive but it’s only a few blocks away. Management was quick to respond and the pool is right in front of us. Overall great stay.

the frying pan were dirty and some even had rust on them.we were given the wrong information for check in so at the at the last minute we were changed to another unit that was poorly furnished, kitchen we dirty and the dining table belongs outside in a picnic area instead of inside.

This property is well maintained and managed. Very comfortable and clean. Nice quiet location very near the beach and pool and restaurants. I would have preferred a larger balcony space.

It was a great location to have with our family, since it was right in front of the pool.The two bedrooms were kind of crowded and the beds were very firm. Yay for most, but not for some. The master bedroom was very spacious. The kitchen was very spacious for cooking and came with so many pans, pots and utensils.The living space did seem very cramped. We threw some of our swim wear into the washer and dryer but, the dryer took a couple cycles to dry our suits. On the last cycle this morning, it broke down. The condo did seem dirty though, there was some trash and an old bottle in the closets and under the beds. The sofas are also a bit worn down with stains and some of the lamps were not working or broken. Needs a bit of TLC, but it is a great location for the pool and beach down the road!

Beware of this rental! It was filthy. When we arrived and started unloading in the kitchen I noticed food crumbs on the floor. Upon opening the pantry more dirt on floor. The stove had not been cleaned as there were food spots on the back of stove and coffee maker still had grounds in it. Ventured to the master bathroom to use and found long black hair on floor and in shower. There were water/maybe toothpaste spots on the mirror. After we got unpacked and sat down on the leather couches they felt gritty. I ran my hand across and left a print. So we had to do some cleaning. No I did not contact management as we would have to leave for them to come clean. Management did respond quickly to TV not working. The Wi-Fi password provided did not work either. Maintenance came and it was a totally different password. The blow dryer listed for bathroom was not provided and when I inquired to management they told me where to find it. I responded by text not there and I never heard from them again. This property is for sale so I’m guessing owners and management don’t give it any attention.

House was in a good location close to town and the beach. Had 3 bedrooms and lots of sitting area in the living room. The cons we experienced were no outside lights so it was hard to see the stairs at night and one of the bedrooms had a broken tv stand and no cables to use it. I had rented this house for everyone in our group to have a tv to watch at bedtime so that was disappointing. House was right across the community road from the pool which was nice and liked that it was dog friendly. We would stay here again though

DO NOT BOOK

The good: I was allowed to move my check in date to the right to avoid the storm and was also allowed to check in about 2 hours early. The bad: had no internet the entire stay which was linked to the TV so no TV the entire stay. The bath room in the mast was dirt had long black hairs in the shower, the light cover in the kitchen had a larger amount of dead bugs. There was long black hair on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The TV which had been mentioned in the previous review from April is still broken. The porch and down stairs light which was also mentioned in the review from April is still not working. There is a statue of a mermaid in the living room that is I appreciate for young children this should be replaced or removed. The mattress in all bedrooms were as if you were sleeping on the floor. They should all be replaced. The maintenance crew replaced the refrigerator, at the time of replacement they stated they would return in a few hours to plug it in and leave the refrigerator, they plugged it in however failed to level it. Upon a second service call to check the internet the required leveling of the refrigerator was mentioned again which they stated they would be back to level the refrigerator at check out today this task has yet to be completed. I attempted to contact the property management about the internet every day of my stay they sent out management on Friday who call the internet providers automated system with no changed in the results, with no change.
