The property met expectations and our needs for our extended weekend trip. It can get a bit warm in the bedroom during the day in warmer months.

Nice stay in Telford

Very clean and quiet. Nice place to stay for the Bristol night race. Hiked the Persimmon trail too.

The stay was great overall, the only complaint I could make is that the neighbors have a tendency to make a lot of commotion/noise late in the evening/early in the morning, causing slight issues with sleep. Other than that, the house was clean and cozy, and the host was great and responsive! I'll definitely have to stay again when I'm on vacation!

A Cozy Home

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is conveniently located right off of old TN state route 34. This road gives quick access in and out of Telford east and west. The home features a large carport with easy access to a cozy deck. Inside contains spacious living/ dining area with a roughly 50 in flat screen tv. A Hallway connects to a reasonable bath/ laundry room, and spacious bedroom with another TV. Additionally, everything was clean and the landlady was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were a few drawbacks. There is a coffee table, but no dining table. The neighbors on Max Cloyd drive are close, but they were all friendly and very much interested in keeping their yards up! Overall, this stay was fine. We felt very comfortable staying here. 5 star rating from this client!
