A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. Please inquire when booking for a list of local rental providers.

2) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Pool and spa heat is included in your reservation. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~100 degrees.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

For the security of guests & the property as a whole there is Ring doorbell camera. This camera DOES NOT view guests inside the property or on the pool deck.

The house was perfectly set up for our family and in-laws! The extra pack n play, hi-chair for baby, etc were all such nice touches and the heated pool was perfect for our crew after a long day at Disney parks. We really enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness of everyone that we reached out to when we had a need. The resort is great!

Wonderful 2 wk stay! Clean, comfortable property & amazing resort. Excellent response rate from owners. My only suggestion would be room darkening blinds or curtains in the bedrooms be installed. We will be back for sure!

Great Stay in a Cute, Comfortable Home!

We had a great stay! The house was super cute—just like the listing. It had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Property Management was awesome—super helpful and quick to communicate with me even before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

The VRBO was clean and as shown on the listing bu it was missing dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent so we couldn't use the dishwasher. The refrigerator water filter light was on and we try to contact management but no luck. The place was nice but was missing done of the things I stated before. We liked the fact it was closed to the Disney parks.

Perfect Family Stay

Property was great for our weeklong stay. Had everything we needed and the place was very clean. The main pool was so much fun and kids loved the splash pad. Could’ve used a few more things in the kitchen like a measuring cup, but we made do with all our meals. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. Check in was super easy and the house was perfectly clean. While we spent 98% of our free time on the water slide at the resort pool and making crafts at the clubhouse, having the private pool in the evening was nice and relaxing after spending hours a day at Disney walking around. One of the drains was draining slowly and not only did they have maintenance there to fix it almost immediately but they also texted us to confirm that they had it fixed. Between having a private pool and having access to all the resort amenities, this places was truly unbeatable. I would 10/10 recommend this little oasis!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!!

We absolutely loved our time here!! Everything was as pictured lots of space for our family. Everyone enjoyed their time here. Very close to Disney and necessary places. Communication was great and quick when we had questions. The resort has so many things to do for kids. I wish we had more days to enjoy everything at the resort. Will definitely be back for our next Disney trip!!

We spent the week for Disney and sea world. Mouse house was clean and cozy. Upstairs bed was a little to form for me but overall it was great.

The title of the ad says free pool heat(main reason i booked), the pool was ice cold and when i messaged the property management team, no response. The couch was broken in the middle and sinks to the floor, let the property team know, again no response. The "welcome package" of dish and laundry soap, paper towel, coffee etc, was non existent, again no response. I asked about when the damage deposit would be refunded, again no response until i messaged vrbo directly and raised the issue. The property was nice, close to disney and amenities. If the property managers were even remotely accessible or if the ad was accurate i would have given the stay a better review. The next time we go to disney, i will look to stay in the same development but at a different house and one thats not managed by palm state property management.

The best week

We had an amazing time at Ohana Mouse house. It was our first time to Orlando area and after a long search I came across Ohana Mouse House. We traveled with a 3 year old and wanted a warm pool to get away from Michigan winter. We had a blast! The townhouse was clean and very convenient. Pool was warm and I enjoyed the plunge pool during child’s afternoon naps. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing home and communication

My family and I absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay here. The home is beautiful and clean. The pool was my son's favorite part and he spent most of his time in it. Close to Disney World and Universal Studios. Even though we were supposed to leave half into our vacation and go to another location we were able to extend our stay through the rest of our vacation due to hurricane Milton. We were lucky enough to not have endured much of the affects from the hurricane. Wonderful communication. Would love to stay again in the future.

Great Rental Property and Location

The property is great. It is close to Disney and a lot of other great things. There is a mini waterpark on site great for days off between days at the park. The waterpark ran out of chairs one day we were there so be sure to go early. The condo was great. The pool was warm. It was clean and updated with many new amenities. It was a great place to relax at night after a long day on our feet. We even extended our stay 1 day with little notice. Overall I recommend this listing to anyone. Don’t be hesitant that it is new and doesn’t. Have many reviews yet. I have no doubt there are many more positive reviews to come. We definitely will reach out again on our next trip to Disney.

Ohana Mouse House - 2 week stay

The vacation rental in Orlando was ideally situated, offering easy access to major attractions like Disney parks and dining options. The townhome was spacious and well-maintained and comfortably accommodated our group of 4. The bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were tastefully decorated. The rental was immaculately clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home.
