Relax in the game room as you enjoy the 65-inch smart TV, or watch the deer in the woods behind the home through the wall of windows!!
The space
The newly renovated 2400 sq ft cottage in the Massanutten Resort features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with space enough for 10 guests! Pets with well-behaved owners are allowed (with a fee). This is a new listing for us as hosts, but this has been a 5-star rental in the past. Feel confident in having a wonderful stay!

Parking in the driveways (3 vehicles) and additional road parking (2 vehicles) is on flat ground allowing you easy entrance to our home. Once inside you will feel cozy and comfortable in a home away from home.

On the first floor, you are welcomed with a cozy sitting room with a 50" smart TV and gas fireplace, as well as a workspace. There is a well-stocked modern kitchen with dining space for 6 at the table and 4 at a bar counter. For coffee lovers, we provide a traditional carafe, a Keurig, and a French Press. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this level. The door off the dining area leads to the deck to allow for more outdoor relaxation and al fresco eating if you wish. The sitting area for four has a large firepit table, grill, and a hot tub. Pack your suits!

Also on the first level is a cedar and pine-walled game room. There is comfy seating around a 65" smart TV, or try your skills at the pool table. The whole room is lined with windows, allowing you to feel immersed in the outdoors.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite boasts a king-size bed with a new mattress, a huge closet, and a full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. The first has two full beds, the second offers a full bed and a twin-size bunk bed. The second full bathroom on this level offers a tub for those who like to soak indoors or great for young kids!

We strive to keep everything in working order, but please understand that all items require maintenance from time to time. In the instance that something is being serviced or needs service during your stay, we will provide as much notice as possible and strive to accommodate. However, maintenance issues or service needs that arise will not be grounds for a full refund.
