Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Beautiful home and neighborhood. I loved having coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings. My 8 yr old daughter wanted stay there and live in that house.

All beds were short sheeted. The sheets only came up our waists. I had to strip the bed down and remake it because the sheet should’ve been up higher towards our chins which was annoying. Every shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty some of the pots and pans were so disgusting and scratched up that they would’ve caused cancer. A lot of food was left, which was good for us other than that the place was clean and very nice. Oh. No extra trash bags for kitchen and only 1 extra toilet paper for 10 days.

Home away from Home

Great location in quiet neighborhood. We are originally from Midland and were in town for family funeral. The only negative was there wasn’t enough towels. With beds for 6 ppl it seems there should be at least six bath towels, equal hand towels and wash cloths. We could only find 5 bath towels, maybe two hand towels and wash cloths. There were a lot of food staples, which you don’t often see which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice - needs some TLC

Overall the home is nice; however, we arrived to an overgrown lawn and a lack of care for the landscaping. It looked as though it was an abandoned home. The inside was nice. It smelled a bit stale. Spacious kitchen, washers and dryers were great, bedrooms comfortable. Both showers felt as though the floors were weakening, almost spongy. Water pressure and temp were great. The enclosed porch area looked cute, but with the overgrown lawn and landscaping, we didn’t take advantage of the space. Surprisingly, when we arrived the door from the garage to laundry room was left wide open. Honestly, it was a nice place, just needed a little TLC. We would stay again.

Well Equipped home in a great location

We visited with family in the area. This home was well equipped with toys to keep our 2 year old busy and had a high chair which was really handy. The screened porch was lovely to sit out and enjoy the perfect weather. Bedrooms were spacious and having two king beds worked out well.

Home Away From Home

This home is definitely a sweet retreat with everything we needed. King-size beds, multiple washers and dryers along with plenty of hot water to shower made it the perfect place to bring our Westie to visit friends and family in the area. A private, clean, and comfortable stay where it is easy to get in touch with the property manager. We hope to return in the future.

Comfy enough

We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. We will certainly book with Erica again, if we ever need an another rental in the area. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your rental. One thing to keep in mind is the water is boiling hot coming out of the tap. Just be aware for little ones. Happy Easter to you and yours!

Ok, but needs better cleaning

Great neighborhood and area; however, this was the only home without their yard and lawn kept up. There was dog scat in the yard and everything was full of weeds, plants growing out of gutters and over all not maintained well. The front porch smelled bad of animal urine. There was a small fire pit put in but no yard chairs plus grass and weeds so tall did not even want to step in yard to utilize.The beds were nice but house was not fully cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, there was left over food in one of the living room chairs soon as arrived, and floors were not fully mopped. The two lights in front living room had rechargeable lightbulbs that were not charged and could not turn on. That should have been done before guests arrive. The outdoor screened in space was nice but dirty and need a wipe done before sitting. We asked if there was a gas grill and was told yes, so brought meat for the grill before arrived and came to find a grill that was rusted, dirty and full of bugs- could not cook on it. There was animal hair in furniture and could see what looked like dog per spots in master room carpet. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking and I liked the layout of kitchen being open with barstool area. Shower water pressure was great! Over all a nice house that needs better cleaning and better maintained yard to allow for a better stay and guests to feel like they are getting was paid for.

The house was a beautiful house. It had the amenities that we needed. The outdoors lacked in appeal. The lawn was unmowed and there were weeds growing up in the backyard and around the grill area. It was very unattractive. When communicating with Erica it took several hours for a response or a day. The beds were comfortable. The area offered many things to do.

Great location and home in Midland!

My family and I used to be from Midland and needed to travel back. There’s so much to do in this city and the location of this home is in a nice quiet neighborhood but centrally located to everything. All of the beds were comfortable and the screened in porch and backyard were great too.
