**NEWLY RENOVATED** Just steps from the sand is this comfortable (2 bedroom/1 bath) house that is the getaway you've been looking for. The recently renovated house has a spacious living room and a relaxing screened in patio. It's just a 13 minute walk to the beach. Indian Rocks beach is a charming low-key community which hosts a beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. Famous Clearwater Beach is only 6 miles away (14 minute drive). There are numerous activities within walking distance such as a water park, a nature preserve, a neighborhood boat ramp, kayak and paddle board rentals. BTR #1880

Great spot

The location was perfect. A very short drive to the beach, maybe 3 min. The house was clean and quiet and the host was always responsive, even when we sent a message at 1030pm. The access to beach parking was perfect too. You do need to arrive for a parking spot either early or later in the evening. We drove into Clearwater, which was only like a 12 min drive, wow was that beachside PACKED. Made us glad we stayed at Indian Rocks Beach instead. Lots of food close by and pharmacies too. Would stay here again.

We have a GREAT stay!

This home and location was the perfect extended stay for us. I used the enclosed screen room as my work-from-home office and it was ideal. The wifi was very fast. We had daily walks around the neighborhood and nearly every night we watched the sun go down from the beach! Gorgeous. We enjoyed the many local restaurant options and also the opportunity to play pickleball at the park. I'd highly recommend this VRBO. We look forward to returning in 2025.

Great Florida Work/Vacation Getaway

This home was a great stay for us. I was looking for a nice, quiet home/area to stay in while on a week long business/pleasure trip in the Clearwater area. This home is very clean, in great location and well taken care of. My wife and I enjoyed the ability to walk around the neighborhood, take the short walk to the beach for the sunset, ability to go to the nearby Botanical Gardens and parks or just hang out in the covered patio. It was close to most things you would want to do in the Clearwater/beach areas. Also host was very responsive and helpful during the time there.

Great family area for a quiet stay

Angel offers a wonderful vacation near the beach without the crowds of St. Pete and Clearwater, but yet close enough to go over for the day. I think of Indian Rocks Beach as a “hidden gem” and Angel’s home is lovely. My husband and I were there by ourselves during the week, but on weekends my daughter’s family came and there was plenty of room with two double beds, a master queen and a pullout couch if needed. He offers a wonderful screened in porch where you can eat or play board games and just relax after a long day at the beach or touring. The house was nicely decorated in a surf motif and all accents were well-appointed. This property was very fresh and clean and Angel was extremely prompt at any messages that were left and his number one priority was making sure we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of for us. I would definitely use this property again when I am in the Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg area.

Very clean

This was a very nice rental! The owner was very kind and communicated very well. The only downfall was it was not close enough to walk to beach. But there was a lot of public places to park at beach. We would definitely stay again.

Indian Rocks beach!!

My family and I were impressed with this rental. The house was cool and comfy. It had adequate space for my large family. A nice screened in patio to enjoy grilling. Having a kitchen to cook was a great money saver. If you do venture out to near by restaurants I suggest making reservations everything is extremely busy every night of the week. The location of this property was ideal! Very nice neighborhood. Quick and easy beach access with free parking all around the area. The beach was beautiful, white sand and way way less crowded then the Clearwater area. There was a little convenient store near by with friendly staff and held many items we needed. Also a little side note for those with large families, Tampa city pass was a huge money saver with a lot of activities to enjoy. The owner Angel was very responsive and helpful. Thank you Angel for sharing your lovely home with us!!
