This home (remodeled in 2015) is a three bedroom, two bathroom home with an incredible view. The home offers one master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, both with a queen bed with shared guest bath. There is also a Murphy bed in the living room. Relax and enjoy the deck, paved patio with firepit, and wonderful water views. There are string lights around the patio for a lovely evening experience. The path between the patio and the water is paved, and it is easy to enter the water by walking down 3 stairs. This side of lake Gaston is sandier than the other side (which tends to be more muddy), and in this peaceful cove, you and your family/ friends can float around or fish without worry of high boat traffic. Pets are welcome (pet fee applies).

Bring your boat or jet ski. No bridges to the main lake, making it easy to access all the fun of Lake Gaston. This property comes with a boat dock available for your use. Note that this house is towards the back of a cove, so a slow approach is needed to get into our boat slip. Take the kayak out for a paddle and enjoy the beautiful lake. There is a gravel parking space for your boat trailer on the property, and we are 3 minutes away from the nearest community boat ramp. You can enjoy yard games (available upon request ahead of time — I am happy to provide what you would like if I have it, or to purchase if a common request with sufficient notice) on the side lawn next to the house.

The home is situated just 4 miles from Food Lion, ABC Liquors, Lake Life Clothing, Jet ski Rental, AF Wake, and more. Also 4 miles away you can find The Pointe Restaurant as well as Watersview Restaurant. Located half mile from Henrico boat ramp! Enjoy a quick trip to Rosemont Winery just 20 min away. 4 miles from Lake Gaston Golf Club.
