The feel of country in the city. Feel the stress leave as you drive home. You'll love this quiet neighborhood lined with beautiful mature trees and its drive-up appeal. This fully remodeled home has all the small town charm you can envision, and is only a 2 minute drive to Wylie’s historical downtown with wine and whiskey tasting, boutique shopping, and restaurants!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has a modern farmhouse feel, and sleeps 8 people.

The spacious family room features beautiful painted wood trimmed paneling, with high ceilings and central AC/ heating throughout. This home also has ultra fast internet connection, and Smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom.

The white farmhouse kitchen has a lovely window seat and kitchen nook with fully equipped appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed in a fully functional kitchen. A full functioning laundry room attached to the kitchen also features additional counter space and a wine fridge.

The spacious Master bedroom features its own gas fireplace, on-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, private bathroom tub, separate walk-in steam shower, and toilet room.

Enjoy the beautiful spacious swimming pool on those warm hot Texas days, and some BBQ time with the outdoor grill provided.

Quail Creek Hollow is the perfect location for scouting the DFW area if you’re in the market to purchase a new home, or needing to visit family for the holidays, attend a wedding, work from home/teleworkers or for a serene get away.

This charming home is only 30 minutes from the city of Dallas, 40 minutes to DFW and DAL, and 8 minutes from Lake Lavon with hiking and fishing. Wylie ISD is rated one of the highest performing school districts in the DFW area, and is an A+ school district.

Dance weekend getaway

Came to the area as my daughter had a dance convention nearby. This house was perfect in everyway! We loved the decor and felt right at home. The pool was a perfect way to spend our day. The host was very responsive and great to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful vacation rental

Heather has thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable. Her home is beautifully decorated also. We will definitely consider staying there again if we are in the area.

Overall, it was a great stay! One suggestion, instead of having an add on charge for white rags etc, either add on to the price or provide black rags for makeup.

In town for granddaughters wedding

Beautifully decorated, very open and airy.Master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the room was oversized with a fireplace. Spa tub and a large walk in shower. Over all the house fit every need I was looking for and more.

Wonderful Vibe for Family Gathering

This home was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate graduations. Wonderful and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Pool was great for the kids. The host was very attentive to every request. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Amazing Home!

This is the most amazing property! Heather was super accommodating and the home was beyond my expectations. There was enough linen and blankets which made me feel so at home! I will definitely book this home again when I am in the Dallas area!

We loved this little farmhouse for a quick trip to Wylie! It was homey and warm with easy to find amenities to make it even more comfortable. Perfect size pool, and comfortable backyard furniture. The master bedroom and bathroom are perfect! I loved the large tub and waterfall shower! Communication was quick and friendly. Would stay again

Amazing stay in Wylie

We had such a great time staying here. It was super close to our relatives that we were in town visiting. Everything was so clean and we’ve never stayed somewhere that had toiletries and even laundry detergent available. It was very much appreciated. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine and it just happened to be my favorite kind! The rules for the stay and expectations for check out were clearly listed. The property manager was also very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

From the moment we stepped in the door of this beautifully decorated home, we felt right at home. Our family was in town for our niece’s wedding from Virginia. I specifically chose this house for the cozy warmth in photos that reminded me of our own farmhouse in Virginia. We live on a farm, but inside feels like home away from home. Loved it! The pool was a huge hit with our adult and grand children. My husband and son enjoyed the complementary wine while I enjoyed everything from laundry detergent, to all necessities to make meals, to toiletries that were all provided and appreciated. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this gorgeous home. The master waterfall shower, comfortable beds, the high end bedding were some of my favorites. We all really enjoyed the pool. Outdoor and indoor games provided. Vacations can be stressful. Not here. Heather made me feel like a sister offering restaurant suggestions for our family as well as with my dietary needs. Her detailed binder of house info and area was so helpful. When I asked for local events, she invited us to her church home for 4th of July event along with other great local suggestions. When we return to the area, fully plan to stay in here again. A week in this home wasn’t nearly enough time. Thank you for everything, Heather!!

We originally remodeled and lived in our home while our current home was being built. Then decided to keep our sweet little house as an investment.

There are several things that make this property special. I love the street that this home is located on. It has beautiful large trees that line the street. It’s a very quiet, and safe neighborhood. The home had beautiful wood paneling when it was originally built which we kept, but painted a cozy warm white. Very few homes this size have 2 fireplaces! I love the size of the master bedroom, and that it has its own fireplace!
The old unique windows in the dining room also add lots of charm!
Plus we have a pool for those hot summer days!
