• The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles plus our complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Please note, we do not offer parking for boats, trailers, or RVs. There is no street parking or overnight public parking available nearby, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

• We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind.

• We are pet friendly and we allow up to 2 pets with a required, non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.

• The larger front home features entrances from Scenic Highway 98 (the beach road) and the pool deck. Inside is a bright open-concept living and dining area with comfortable seating, a spacious dining table, and breakfast bar seating in the kitchen.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, dishes, cookware, bakeware, small appliances, plus a Standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, for all our coffee-loving guests!

• On the first floor, there’s a full bathroom with tub/shower, a bunk room with Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and trundles, and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.

• The second floor has two spacious master bedrooms, each with a King bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom.

• The third floor offers a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and microwave. It also has a balcony overlooking the pool deck and a small balcony off the King bedroom with breathtaking water views.

• The homes share a pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs, a pool (inquire for pool heating pricing), a propane grill, fire pit, cornhole boards, and an outdoor ping pong table.

• The back carriage home provides extra space with two bedrooms: one Queen bedroom with a wet bar and mini fridge, and one King bedroom, sharing a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a porch entrance overlooking the pool deck.

The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.



Getting Around:

• Crystal Tower by the Sea is just 20-30 minutes from VPS airport (traffic permitting) and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 49 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Crystal Tower is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs.

• Golf cart drivers must be age 25+, complete our waiver, have a valid license, and valid insurance coverage.

• Pool heating pricing is $350 for your stay. For trip over 7 days in length, this cost is increased, please inquire for rates. Please give us a 24-hour notice for pool heating so we can get it just right prior to your arrival.

• Self check-in with keypad

• All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Our cleaners supply a light courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and bar soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• We do not supply any beach or pool items, other than beach towels. While there may be items left by a prior guest, we do not guarantee or stock anything other than beach towels for your stay.
