Your Pads:Welcome to the Honky Tonk Party Pads, where rock 'n' roll energy meets cowboy country charm in the heart of Music City! This unique offering combines two brand-new, side-by-side rentals, creating the ultimate Nashville getaway for your group of up to 12 guests.

Each unit is thoughtfully designed to be an experience, paying homage to Music City's rich musical heritage with custom wallpaper featuring icons like Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash, handmade crystal lighting, and curated vintage furnishings.

Two Primary Bedrooms: Each with a king-size DreamCloud mattress and a private en-suite bathroom.
Two Queen Bedrooms: Styled with the same unique decor and comfortable bedding.
Two Living Rooms: Each with a premium Luonto king-size sleeper sofa with a true, thick mattress.
Four Full Bathrooms: Stocked with spa-quality, vegan, and gluten-free bath products.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private, exclusive access to both entire apartments and their private balconies. The only exception is a locked housekeeping trunk located in each primary closet.

Seasonal Pool: Open from the end of May to mid-September. Includes pool towels, lounge chairs, a fire pit, and a Weber gas grill.

We offer a seamless and private experience with contactless entry. Your secure door code is sent on the morning of your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone if you need anything at all.

Other Details to Note:
Security & Safety: For your security, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras. In the event of an emergency, stairs may be required if the elevator is unusable.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Contactless entry is provided via a secure door code sent at 11:00 AM on your arrival day.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Early check-in requests can only be considered within 24 hours of arrival and are subject to our schedule. To guarantee access before 3:00 PM, we recommend booking the prior night.
Luggage: We do not allow luggage drop-off. We can provide information on local services to assist with your bags.
Booking Agreement: A separate Rental Agreement and ID are required and must be e-signed to activate your door codes.
Travel Insurance: We strongly advise protecting your trip with Travel Insurance, as we adhere to the cancellation policy selected at booking and cannot offer refunds for travel delays, event cancellations, or weather.
