Pointe Santo de Sanibel es un complejo familiar y tranquilo ubicado en el Golfo de México que ofrece todas las comodidades de lujo que el turista pueda desear.

Este hermoso complejo de condominios ajardinados de diez acres con una laguna alimentada por manantiales es una de las propiedades vacacionales más buscadas ubicadas en la isla aislada de Sanibel, cubierta de conchas.

Frente a la playa, Pointe Santo, con su arquitectura española, le ofrece comodidades que incluyen una piscina climatizada, hidromasaje, una hermosa playa de bombardeos, voleibol de playa, canchas de tenis, juegos de tejo y programa para niños.

A solo veinticinco minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional South West (RSW), sientes que realmente has llegado a una isla subtropical, conectada al continente por una carretera panorámica de tres millas.
La isla permanece intacta por letreros de neón y semáforos. Descubrirá abundante vida salvaje, una gran reserva nativa, maravillosos restaurantes, galerías, golf y tiendas únicas.

Estamos orgullosos de nuestro condominio con sus fabulosas vistas, cocina abierta recientemente remodelada, fácil acceso al primer piso, conveniente para la piscina, la playa y las parrillas de gas. Recientemente agregó un nuevo televisor de plasma de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas a la sala de estar.

Estrictamente una unidad para no fumadores, lo siento, no se permiten mascotas.

The whole complex is being redone - and all looks great.Some areas are still under construction, but we did not mind. It did not take away from our enjoyment. The grills for cooking outside are very nice and cleaned every morning by staff. D4 is very nice. Beach and pool- great stay (We had No-See-Ums by the thousands. Must have been the perfect time for them. But we used BodyGuard spray. It helped, but you must use it or else you will get bitten and itchy. Weather was great, warm and sunny. Still plan to return next year, Oct?

Loved this place

Perfect location. Great pool and hot tub. Beautiful grounds and right on the ocean. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Really clean. Definitely would book again! Thank you Janet!

We loved Sanibel and being right on beach. However for the money we paid we were disappointed in our condo. It was not clean..hair in drawers, dust hanging off ceiling fans and dishes were put away greasy. Beach chairs are next to being trash quality and with 5 adults we were hoping for more than 7 towels and washcloths. We did laundry daily to have clean towels for daily showers. Bring potholders if you plan on using the oven. The vent in bathroom did not work and light bulb in other bath was burned out. Wall clock needed a new battery. The TV screen in front bedroom is cracked when you turn it on to watch. The condo complex is beautiful...this particular unit just needs some attention.

Family Vacation

Great location and property for a family vacation. The extra bedroom was perfect for the kids and grandma. Proximity to the beach was nice since it's only about 150 yards to the water's edge and the property is located about a mile from a shopping center that carries most of the essentials you might have forgotten or run out of. Shirt drive to most of the restaurants on the island but the kitchen in the condo is perfect for any size meal you would want to cook. The property even has several grills so you can cook up the fresh catch of the day. We've stayed at most of the hotels on the island over the years and will skip right to this property for our next trip. The owners were really friendly and responsive when I needed to reach out. You'll love this place, just don't stay too long so I can come back!...

The Best Place for a Family to Stay

We debate whether or not to tell people about our experience simply because we don't like crowds, but Sanibel is a wonderful place to stay and Pointe Santo is probably the best location a family can find on the island. Highly recommend all ground floor units.

If you love the Gulf Coast

You can see the Gulf from your screened in Lanai, there's a breeze, and sun. This condo comes with everything you need to sit on the beach. Umbrella, chairs, towels, and kids toys. A playpen in the one bed room also high chair in the dining area. Flat screens in every room. The condo is roomie. U r on the south side of the island but the sky still has nice sun sets. Everything on the island is a short drive. I rate the SANDBAR restaurant #10+. There is a pool n hot tub. But the Gulf Coast is rite there. Marine life to, see sting rays, Manatees, start fish, everyday there's dolphins. Don't be scared they are there n then gone. The water you can see if there is something there. It is not the Atlantic Ocean, Sea turtles will hatch soon. It is an experience, people have been going there 10,20,30, years. I asked cause I talk alot. My friend wants to go back again. I live in Florida it's pleasant too go somewhere no trash on the streets no homeless begging, just pleasant.

Perfect!

Beautiful property, condo was nicely furnished without being fussy, very comfortable. First floor, lanai opened into the center lagoon area, short walk to the beach. Good communication with the property owner and staff. Good location, close to shopping and dining.

Wonderful oceanfront property!

This Pointe Santo condo was perfect for our family for a 1 week stay on Sanibel Island! We had everything we needed to make meals, the outdoor patio was a divine place for coffee & relaxation, & being a short distance to the beach was excellent! The entire property is so well maintained...we utilized the pool & hot tub which was also very clean. Many different birds provided occasional entertainment for us. What a great stay!! A huge thank you to our host!

We’d love to go back!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo had everything we needed! No need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, or towels. They had it all! The 1st floor location was perfect and the Pointe Santo grounds were beautifully taken care of. Close to lots of great restaurants but a much more quiet, less crowded week than some other beach vacations. If Sanibel was just closer to Kentucky, we’d be there often! One question we didn’t ask ahead of time-the listing says sleeps 6. There are enough beds for 5 and we weren’t sure what the arrangements would be for #6. There is an air mattress, very good quality, that worked well for my teen age son. But may be good to know if beds for 6 are expected. We felt like guests in your beautiful home, thank you for sharing your space with us!

Location, location, location

The location of this condo is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and swimming pool. Additionally, it is close to so many fantastic restaurants located on Sanibel Island. The homeowner responded quickly to my inquiries. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were also provided. The lanai was fabulous!! The condo was very comfortable for four adults. I contacted the homeowner about the poor water pressure in the guest bathroom, as well as the shower head needing to be replaced. She apologized for the inconvenience and indicated she would get the problem resolved. Lastly, groceries are expensive on the island. You'll save a lot of money if you can do your grocery shopping in Ft. Myers. We had a great week. Thank you, Janet!

We will be back!

We had such a great time on our girls getaway! Our condo was decorated sooo beautifully and it had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed and we used the beach chairs and umbrella everyday! The condo is a very short walk to the beach and pool and the screened lanai was a great area to sit at, just to relax! The owner, Janet, always responded quickly if we had any questions...and I TRULY appreciated that as it seems to be so rare these days! Do yourself a favor and plan your next Sanibel vaca here...you won’t regret it!

As good as advertised

Owner provided an efficient, streamlined accommodation process. She was very prompt and in-depth with responses to all of our questions regarding the property and the Sanibel area, as we were first time visitors. The unit is clean, comfortable and spacious with a close, convenient access to the pool and beach from it’s ground floor location. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrella are an added bonus for those of us unable to travel with those amenities. Would love to return for a second visit!

Nice stay at Pointe Santo

We had a very nice vacation week at this unit in the Pointe Santo community. The property was very well maintained and everything was a short walk from this walk out unit. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, as well as having all the beach necessities like chairs, beach towels and coolers. The unit itself was comfortable and well stocked with kitchenware. It also came with a bare bones of basic supplies. We would have really liked to have seen a few more things included in those initial supplies since most rentals we have chosen through VRBO usually also include a salt & pepper shaker, a few cooking supplies like some spices or oil, and a roll of plastic wrap or aluminum foil. There are two grocery stores nearby but it's nice to not have to purchase all those things for a one week rental.

Perfect family getaway on Sanibel!

The location was perfect, with convenient walkout 1st floor access to the pool and beach! The layout of the condo was great with in unit washer and dryer. It is fully stocked with kitchen amenities and everything you need to enjoy the pool and beach. Janet, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
