The view from the 17th floor was amazing which let us watch the fireworks over the falls each night.Bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms are well appointed with everything needed. And, the condo was very clean and neat.The lobby staff were always ready to answer any questions and the daily breakfast was a nice addition.

What an amazing unit! Stayed with my parents, husband and toddler and we loved it. Front desk, breakfast and maintenance staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. Location was excellent. Short walk to a lively entertainment district just up the street. Condo itself was perfect. 360 views of the whole city, nearby attractions and backside of the falls. Comfy beds, more room than we could ever use, perfect view of the nightly fireworks. What else could we ask for? In room entertainment of a pool table, foosball table and numerous TVs were fun after a full day. Another perk - numbered gated parking just across the street and cookies my toddler looked forward to every time we walked into the lobby. Hidden gem - you will not be disappointed!

Great location to the falls. Love the penthouses views. We could see the fireworks every night. Very spacious and clean. Some water damage to the cabinets and flooring from the humidity. Wish there was a vacuum or broom to help us clean up minor messes.

Spacious with anazing views

We absolutely loved our stay! We have two teenagers; plenty of room for us to have our own spaces. They enjoyed the foosball table and pool table. The view of the falls and fireworks were perfect! Communication with the owners was quick and effective. Highly recommend!

Awesome hidden gem!

My family and I stayed at Skyline Square to attend a baseball tournament. Everything was perfect, from the front desk staff to the gated parking. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Super convenient location (we walked everywhere), friendly staff, gated parking, nightly cookies! The kids say comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, fun games fun, and awesome views. Fit our family of six with tons of space. You can see the top of the falls (not the actual waterfall) and the Canada side skyline. We watched the fireworks right from the penthouse and it was a great view. One thing to note, you can hear muffled conversations of those getting off the elevator to go to the lounge and the sounds of the elevator itself. I sleep with ear plugs every night so it wasn’t a big deal for me, but come prepared. I would go back and enjoy this apartment again 100%!

Amazing.

This place had an incredible view. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, we saw fireworks over the falls from our condo windows. It was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful historic building. Everyone was helpful. It was a short walk to the falls. Loved our stay.

Super close walk to the falls

The place had the most spectacular views. It was the perfect space for a get away for a couple of days to visit the falls.

Birthday Getaway

I booked this place as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. The owner Lenny was very nice and willing to help me with trying to decorate the room before we arrived. He was very easy to communicate with and answered my messages and calls quickly. The views are amazing and the place is even better than the pictures show. For the price this place is a steal! I will definitely be booking again.

Great location

The 360 views were magnificent. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Loved using the pool table and watching the snow come down out the windows. Full breakfast offerings in the morning was delicious. Would stay here again.

Very Cool Penthouse - Worth the price

First off, it's a two-story penthouse overlooking the falls. So it's great. I don't know the square footage, but the property is quite large. Would make a nice place to entertain a group of 20 for an evening if need be. The host Lenny is good communicator. Remember to tell the check in staff that you rented the penthouse via VRBO. Apparently, it's the only room in the building rented as such. Trying to check in by my name and or reservation number got me some confused bank stares from the hotel staff at first.

Hidden Gem

We had an amazing stay! The listing was so much better than we expected and we had a great time! The staff were all lovely and helpful. The views were phenomenal! The apartment was much bigger than we thought, or needed for this trip, but now we know where we will stay when we come back with the kids! Great location and a very walkable area. We rented a car, but for the immediate Niagara attractions we would have been okay without it!Definitely recommend this location!

Fall weekend Trip

My husband and I had a delightful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, just a short walk from the breathtaking views of the falls, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The views from the suit also made it enjoyable to stay in.

Wonderful Weekend

The property was amazing and exactly as described! Breakfast was delicious!! Staff were exceptional!! Location was perfect. We walked to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner, to Prospect Point and Goat Island. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Appreciated things like coffee pods, toiletries and dishes. There was no laundry or dishwasher pods in the room and I’m a light sleeper, so needed ear plugs after the first night due to the constant sounds of the elevator. Sounds like really faint thunder, but ear plugs easily solved it and wasn’t an issue for anyone else in my family who sleeps like a driftwood log! Views of the falls and fireworks were magnificent. Will definitely be back!
